I work close by and just want a cheap, quick iced coffee to get through my day.My order: large black iced coffee, extra ice.The workers don't seem to understand what black means and either ask a few times how many sugars or creams I want. Also, they take "extra ice" to mean less ice or no ice sometimes? It's quite bizarre how difficult it is to get my order here as I think its quite an easy drink to make.
The staff are really nice, but I can't recommend the iced coffee. I get it every day at other locations and for the first time here, it is different to the point of being unfinishable. Not at all tasty like the drinks I get every othet day. I asked, because it seemed different right away, but was told it was fine. I'm not sure if something is missing or if the quality of the coffee is less, but it is a bit disappointing as iced coffees are not really that cheap these days. Friendly...read full review
