The staff are polite and friendly. They always make me a very good steeped tea. Breakfast wraps are pretty good, and they always have a nice selection of fresh donuts. Its clean and has a nice outdoor patio and big parking lot.
Dropped by this morning and grabbed a coffee, bagel, and a muffin. Despite the crowded store and a line, the service was friendly and quick. The place is well-lit and tidy, offering a pleasant spot to relax and observe people passing by from two different streets. Ample free parking is available outside. They also have a walk-up window as well. I must say, the all-grain bagel with cream cheese was exceptionally delicious!

Never go during lunch hour. It gets swarmed by unruly high school kids and service is super slow. Specialty coffees take forever at any time of day. Otherwise it's a standard Tim's.
