How is this place still open? Every time I’ve ordered from here, it’s been a mess. Today I waited 45 mins for my food after I ordered ahead and arrived at the time I was given. Every order they had was wrong. The customer service was horrible. Especially when you tell them your order is wrong, they tell you how it’s not and is what you ordered. The food wasn’t even good for the amount spent plus horrible service you have to deal with. Stay away.
It’s a real shame that such a large franchise can’t keep any level of quality control. All the staff here are too busy on the phone to actually talk to you. The lady on cash had EarPods in and made me wait for her to finish her call before ordering. Manager is in the corner booth on a conference call on speaker obvious to what’s going on in his restaurant. Popcorn chicken was cold, fries over seasoned and cold. This location needs oversight. Staff is horribly slow, and seem frazzled and appear to have no direction. Came in store, all you hear is confusion and arguing amongst the staff. Drive through line is backing up. The staff don’t appear to support one another. Service was super slow. Won’t be coming back to this location.
