That young bloke Justin is such a hard working staff member. He always has a smile on his face and very friendly. Especially the way he assisted that pregnant lady. I was inspired that day!
I went during a shift change, they were going to charge me the value of another order different from mine to a more expensive one, and when they were going to deliver me a drink it was open and had been spilled. I clarify that the drink was hot.

This is the Tim's experience I remember as a kid. People think it's the coffee at Tim's that's changed I think it's the level of care and these ladies get it.
