“Took my 4 year old here for a P.A. day from school and he loved it. he has been asking to go back ever since. we played some great games, got some DND dice at a sweet price and a few miniatures to paint together at home. “The one lady working a few days ago was very nice. I had a free regular sized drink and she was very helpful answering my questions on what is included and what I would have to pay as extra. She was also pretty fast at making me and my friends' drinks.The inside of the store is a little small with a couple of small tables to sit at. There is window/bar style seating on the main level and the rest of the seating is upstairs. I had brought my newborn in her stroller. The staff was more than accommodating and I was able to fold up my compact stroller and tuck it out of the way. Larger strollers will have a tougher time navigating this space.“

The atmosphere was so cute and intimate it was the perfect way to spend our Valentine’s. I have been for over a number of times over the years as well and love the baked good. “Our fav is their Half and Half. Tried a few flavours and all seem to be perfect. What we don’t like is the absurd self-made rule of stop serving milk shakes 15 mins before closing. Turned around two times now for being 2 mins late and the excuse that they just washed the blenders. They should honour the customer rather than giving these excuses. When your closing time is 10pm then you should be serving everything on the menu until that time or change your closing time to 9:45pm and ask your people to start washing blenders after that. Good food is one thing but having such an attitude towards customer destroys everything. The owner or whoever is making these rules should take notice“

I do like to make espresso at home, and I do like to try different coffees, different beans, so I have some** familiarity with the coffee 'n bean scene. But what I will say, is when you order a coffee from TAMP, you suddenly realize what coffee with a "full-body" is all along... Had the cappuccino once, now addicted. Don't know how they get so much flavour, balance, out of their beans. They're doing something right. Not exceptionally more expensive than any(many) other coffee shops, so no major issue here. We were walking around downtown hamilton and wanted to try out a new place and we came here because the menu looked incredible and also we were curious about the "rude staff" that other reviews claimed. The staff was soooo friendly and cute! Just be a good person and enjoy the food! They had great service, the atmosphere in the dining area was incredibly comfortable and the staff was helpful and patient. I wanted to try their Volcano ramen and two of their staff kept warning me that it was extremely spicy and when I got it, they did not lie LOOLL. If they claim something on their menu is spicy, they MEAN IT unlike other restaurants which disappoints you with mildly spicy food. Food was delicious, portions were great, and their milk teas had actual tea bags in them and it was good. They weren't busy so our food came quickly and they checked up on us a few times offering water. The restaurant also provides board games for customers and you can stay as long as you want to hang out. We stayed for 2 hours and it was amazing. We will definitely come back! Their pasteries are also pretty good too and they have ones that no other cafe chain has as well, such as naniamo bars for example. Their location is central and right in the middle of the 1st floor, making it a convenient place to grab a drink and a bite before going and browsing and shopping around the rest of the mall.“
