I would like to share the vibes of the store is top notch including cleanliness. The staff was very friendly in terms of giving suggestions. I tried Buddha bowl and chocolate peanut butter smoothie was true to my taste. I look forward to try more bows and burritos.

I just had the worst experience ordering a salad from this location! I placed an order for a Cobb Salad, it was delivered promptly, but the food I received was almost frozen; it felt like a pre-made salad that you put in the fridge, nothing was fresh. The lettuce were brown, again, not fresh. A lot of ingredients missing. I also paid extra to add chicken, which was also super cold. I had to throw it out and I felt that I just wasted my money.

The mezze bowl I ordered was completely missing the Falafels, which are the highlight of the item. My wife's $13 salad was essentially a bowl of lettuce with a sprinkle of beans on top.I wish I had read the reviews carefully before ordering these incomplete over priced items.

I just had the worst experience at this Freshii. Extremely disappointed in the food and service at this location. I was just charged 3 meals for $100. I might as well have went to any other restaurant and used that money for food for the rest of the week. I was charged over $30 for extra meat, when I returned home to see that I had been served a mere 4oz of chicken, if that. I wish google would let me give less than 1 star for this experience.

Great servers. They are always friendly and greet you with smiles. The atmosphere is clean and comfortable. Here in Waterloo, Freshi's is on our main Street (King St). A little patio is on the sidewalk and the front window is a garage door. This add to the atmosphere. There is a lounge set up inside in front of the garage door window.Great food, fresh, good portions, open atmosphere, great service, Thank you.

I haven’t had the pleasure of eating at this fine and unique restaurant in a while and was quite pleased with my experience today! Service is always pleasant and efficient and their menu, which offers salads, wraps and bowls presents the diner with many interesting and healthy choices. Today I opted for a specialty wrap called a chicken pokitto, which was ample and tasty! The restaurant is conveniently located on King Street, across the street from a two free parking lot, making it easy to visit. Highly Recommended!

This Freshii location is my favourite spot to hang out and study in Waterloo and Kitchener. The vibes are always immaculate! The employees are all so chill and kind, and very prompt with preparing orders. I also love the ambiance with the windows, especially when they open up the garage door in the summer time! Plus they’re always so chill with letting my puppy hang out with me in store.

My issue lies with the virtual ordering system that has outsourced cashiers to far away countries for pennies on the dollar… why not just use self checkout kiosks like other establishments? It’s a bad look.EDIT: Owner addressed all concerns. Great job!
