Easily my favourite coffee spot. The people are always so nice, the drinks are delicious, and price is fair (no extra cost for nut milk!). I love the mocha latte but everything is good.The wifi and outlets make it my go-to spot to do work.
Pilot has been high on my list of quality establishments for many years now and I was very excited to hear they were opening a local shop in Waterloo.The coffee holds a high standard, as does service for the most part.The decor here isn’t the coziest or most inviting, nor does it offer too many seats, but it’s clean and streamlined.Sadly the city has made access to businesses along that side of King Street quite difficult with the ION train tracks running along it, which makes...read full review

Great spot with fantastic and friendly staff. Sometimes it can be a little busy, but what should one expect with a place so nice? :)Parking: If the road isn’t free just across the street, behind the LCBO, is a 2hr free lot that usually has availability!
