Based out of Owen Sound, we have been painstakingly trying to find someone to look at a commercial espresso machine. Steve and Sean were who we were recommended to. Very prompt response and very helpful. They were willing to send technicians our way but not before troubleshooting with us over the phone which ended up fixing the problem. They were very professional every step of the way while providing excellent customer service.
