Starbucks is the greatest. This place has great staff - friendly, knowledgeable, patient and very polite. I love the lattes.

First order was a hot drink which is fine - i used to work in food service! People make mistakes. Problem is the second order was a cold drink this time, but made with milk and whip cream, which I cannot have. I now have two drinks im unable to have but I guess i’ll know for next time. Lady on the phone was very kind and accommodating, i’m sure it’s a fluke everyone has them just something to note for any other people out there who can’t drink dairy

This is my go-to Starbucks despite no drive thru. The employees are especially nice and knowledgeable. They have a lot of merchandise here compared to other stores.

Normally I do not have an issue with this location however I ordered Uber eats tonight and I ordered 2 iced blonde hazelnut lattes with 2 pumps of vanilla added. What I received was a cup of milk with 2 pumps of vanilla syrup. I don’t pay almost $20 for 2 drinks for it to not be made properly.

I was trying to find an online survey but couldn’t find it. I came here to get my drink because I work in the same plaza. The person that served me her name is Berry. Made the drink super nicely it seemed to have been done from the heart I think she deserves a promotion. If you are the manager reading this please let her know that she’s doing a great job. Visited during the morning rush and I have to call out how organized this Starbucks is. Not only are they efficient, the communication to customers was outstanding. They would call out when they were starting someone's order, that way you knew they were working on it and it would be ready shortly. Everyone got their order with no issues, including people coming in and out for mobile orders. One of the most organized Starbucks I've visited during the morning rush.Parking: Lots of parking spots in the plaza!

To be frank, I have given up on the quality of Starbucks. I only order it out of convenience and speed…but today my experience was changed. Farhaana made my mobile order and it was PHENOMENAL! Everything was perfect. If there are barista awards she should get one. She was so lovely and talked to me about my day and our plans for the evening. If you’re ordering in person and she’s in, have her make your drink!
