Was just there at 4:30pm. Was told they couldn’t make me an iced coffee because they couldn’t. It’s literally coffee with ice and cream!Also then told, they couldnt make a sandwich because they had no food. I asked for a bagel and told they had no bagels.They truly are miserable and only want to do the bare minimum and make a hot coffee (which is all measured out for them!)The ladies during the day are wonderful but when it’s the afternoon crew and it’s student immigrants...read full review
This is the slowest Tim Hortons I’ve ever seen. I’ve gone in with no one in line and it’s still taken several minutes to be served.Edit - slight upgrade to two stars because “the owner” reached out. Unfortunately, the wait time on voice mail isn’t any better than wait time at the store. I don’t have time for this.

They filled my French vanilla only half way?? I also ordered a bagel w a cheese slice a while ago and they left it out when it’s literally extra charge. Line takes 15-20 mins when there’s only like 2 people in it. Every staff seems to be in training and not know how to do stuff. This location keeps disappointing but it’s closest to alot of apartment buildings.
