Worst customer service ever. The lady with Glasses is very rude and presumptuous. Management needs to overlook this situation. Just look the Google reviews. Most people find these staff rude and unfit for their jobs. I am not going to visit Tim Hortons ever. I will pay more at Starbucks but I won't even go there for FREE. Their customer service is absolute garbage.
