I were regular customer of this Tim as I am working nearby it. There was a tall old lady in the Monday morning near about 6:45 am, who spoiled my whole day, ignoring for more than 10 min and didn’t take my order. The service especially in the morning is very slow and no veg options at all.

There was an old lady working during Monday morning. She behaved rudely and make wait for more than 15 minutes. When I asked who is going to take my order then she shouted at me.Worst experience in this Tim's

Out of hundred of times, there may be only few times when I have not received burnt coffee.

No WiFi which seems odd as most do so not a good one to get some work done while enjoying a coffee. Rating be higher if WiFi was availableParking: Morning there is a lot of business trucks taking 2 or more spots. Winter is worse as piles of snow hoard the lot as I'm guessing the landlord doesn't believe in removals. Lunchtime very busy because of multiple units

The service here is always great. Staff are friendly and they usually have the products I am looking for. What I don't like is the frequent introduction of new and great menu items (all Tim's) that quickly disappear. i.e. decaf lattes and cappuccino. It was so nice having other decaf options beyond regular coffee. Alas, they are off the menu after only a few weeks. Why??? ? P.S. bring back blueberry bagels

On February 17 2024 at 5pm, I was served a decaf via the Drive Thru that was exactly room temperature. This left me to question exactly how long the decaf had been sitting in the pot. Even if staff missed brewing to your freshness standards, stop sacrificing customers and your restaurant integrity for your Drive Thru times. Be honest and upfront with your customer so that they can make an informed decision to choose something else. I could not even drink the decaf after reheating it at home. Disappointing.

Absolutely the worst food I have ever had... not sure why people buy this stuff.I ordered a breakfast wrap, hash brown & a baileys coffee; the hash brown was dry and cold, the wrap had this oozing orange sauce and the egg was grey. The coffee was watery but I didn't think it would give me food poisoning.I threw it out.

I have been to this location many times, had wonderful experience before today. I ordered a coffee, they gave me double the sugar than what I asked for. I went back to get the order corrected. The lady taking the order in the drive thru (Skyler) rudely said, it can not be more sugar but will give you another one. Customers have lost their mind spending fuel to drive back to the store when the order is accurate? She rudely handed the coffee & said have a good day when I was explaining her. Again, it was double the sugar. Such a good service:)

When they are operating correctly this is a decent Tim Horton's. Unfortunately this Tim Horton's has supervisors who 'correct' your order to overcharge you for things like sauce on your breakfast sandwich. I have asked the manager at two other Tim Hortons in town about adding sauce to a breakfast sandwich and they both said there was no extra charge. In my most recent interaction with this Tim Hortons the employee behind the register charged me correctly and a supervisor override it to charge me $1 for dipping sauce, then argued with me until I left. This is my last time going to this Tim Hortons as this keeps happening.
