The service here is always great. Staff are friendly and they usually have the products I am looking for. What I don't like is the frequent introduction of new and great menu items (all Tim's) that quickly disappear. i.e. decaf lattes and cappuccino. It was so nice having other decaf options beyond regular coffee. Alas, they are off the menu after only a few weeks. Why??? ? P.S. bring back blueberry bagels
Purchased a bowl of chili. When I got it. IT was like soup, not chilli. Went to the counter to complain about it and was brushed off. She said it comes in a bag and that's how it is. It was very obvious that they watered it down. Not impressed at all. Will never go back, never order chilli there ?
