Terrible experience. Literally all orders before and after me were wrong. The cashier got all my burgers wrong. Order in front were totally inputted wrong. Had to wait for them to correct that mistake. I asked the cashier if she was ready and I repeated myself twice about my son’s burger with just ketchup and mustard and pickles. Then she looked at me and asked if this was here or to go. She then took my order which didn’t involve cheese. Guess what? Cheese inside my burger. We had to ask for the drinks and had to repeat ourselves again because three orders passed. The people behind us had some three meals to go and then had to fix their order 3 times. Not once, but three times about their drinks and fries and their burger. Please train your staff. I am sadden to say as much as I love this place I would not be coming back anymore after 7 years of enjoying this place. New management here is running it to the grounds. The serving trays were not cleaned. Mine has previous servings and crumbs on it while my fries laid scattered about. End.

Husband and I were at the slouffville location this morning going through the drive-thru we ordered my sandwich no cheese as I'm lactose they were so nice to put cheese on it anyway I took it back in and they did exchange it that's when I got back to the truck I was taking the second bite of the sandwich got me a mouth full of plastic I took it back in she is much called me a liar she said there's no way that could have happened she made the sandwich herself she said she would deal with me and one moment. After waiting for her to wait on three customers I said I will handle this myself. She rudely replied good for you..On top of that the cashier stop her work and went back to make food and did not wash her hands
