I ordered large hojicha milktea and large passion fruit oolong tea. The passion fruit oolong tea tasted good and made correctly. However, the staff got my order wrong and made hojicha milktea as a regular size. Everyone makes mistakes and since they apologized and said they will remake my drink, I was okay with that. But the new drink tasted very watery, not much of tea flavour and I ordered half sweet but it was barely sweet. I also ordered less ice but there was no ice at all....read full review
The drinks were great but what really blew us away was the service. We were indecisive about our order and switched a drink last second. We didn't realize that they had already started making the first drink and had to restart. They ended up giving us the drink they had already made on top of our order. No senseless food waste AND phenomenal customer service. We saw an award inside for "best new business" and as we walked out we agreed that the title was very deserved. 5/5 for...read full review
