Around 7:30 yesterday, I went to tim hortons(hoover park) in Stouffville. Gurkirpal was handling the drive thru. He is the kindest and polite person I have ever seen. I asked for his name by driving it again through drive thru because I did not want to miss it. I would love if he can keep spreading his kindness. He definitely deserves a raise. Thank you again for making my day.
I have been coming to this location since I moved Stouffville ,(over 4 years)and it's been pretty good but lately the service is horrible to many mistakes and we are finding the place needs cleaning plus there's been bees flying around inside I am highly allergic last few times the bagels have been so full of butter it's ridiculous... I'm sorry for the bad review .. I now go to the other Tim's but will pop into the main street one to see if there is any changes
