In a city where its very hard to find good costumer service, u can always expect the absolute best service from francos! They always manage to have me smiling out the door. The delivery is always on time and the food is always hot and fresh. On top of all of this, the food is OUTSTANDING! I would highly recommend Francos East for people that love a clean, affordable and great tasting restaurant!
We ordered a large super special at lunch yesterday. When we were eating our leftovers today, we found a long string baked into the cheese!!! We called them immediately and they said that since we ordered it yesterday that there was nothing they could do! We offered to bring the rest of the pizza back to show we didn't eat the whole pizza (there was half left over), but it didn't matter. They still said that there was nothing they could do! We will never order from there again. If you do, please check your cheese for random pieces of string. We have pictures of the string and the pizza if anyone would like to see them! Not only terrible customer service, but also no concern that someone could choke on string found in their pizza!

Our first time ordering from Franco’s. The pizza was disappointing-very dry & not much flavour. BUT the Fried Pickles are some of the best we have ever had!
