Gavin was our server, and he made great recommendations and was very knowledgeable about the wine list. We had a fun chat about the Culinary Institute of America. And he shared his love of food and wine. The menu is extensive, and all of the food was heavenly. We had the most delicious steaks (cooked to perfection), crab, fresh vegetables with creamy rich sauces, mushrooms were fabulous, and the risotto was perfection! We had strawberries flambé, lemon tart, and crème brûlée. They were all perfectly balanced with rich and bold flavors. The meal was perfectly paced, and Gavin made our evening very special. We'll be back for sure!”

They have the baked goods ready made, and they heat it up for you so you can enjoy them warm. Some edges come out a bit burnt, but that just adds to the flavor. I love that it comes out with crispy edges while most of the dough inside is still soft.The staff have always been so friendly and pleasant. A must try in Windsor!No dining space, take out only.”

The booths are awkward as it causes you to face everyone in the dining room rather than the person you came with. Very uncomfortable. They should consider changing them so you can face your partner and not other guests eating .”

“We had dinner at Kona last night in Tecumseh on the rooftop. We had a fantastic meal and the service was great, considering there was only one wait staff up there. He did a wonderful job. My only complaint would be the seating. They are funky looking chairs, but they’re SOOOO uncomfortable. I’m 5’6 and the seat was way too deep!! Forces you to sit perched forward, which is really uncomfortable. And the seats are so hard I actually had a very sore tailbone. Other than that it was GREAT!!!!”

“I go to Hamburgers 4 All as often as I can. I get more food for less money then I would spend at McDonald's and the quality is, as you can imagine, far superior. the burgers are fantastic, topped with fresh produce, non of that nasty lettuce shred, and THE BEST tasting pickles I have ever had on a burger XD The grilled chicken is divine, so juicy and full of flavor. I can be pretty picky when it comes to gravy and theirs definitely hits my top 5, the fries are nicely seasoned and extra crispy. This all leads up to an excellent poutine, they're always so cheese and melty and delicious. 10/10 would recommend”

The Penne Spago with Caesar Salad and complimentary Garlic Pita was a delightful combination that was bursting with flavor. However, the highlight for me was the portobello alla griglia - it was truly amazing. What's more, the service at Spago's was impeccable. The staff was not only professional, but also incredibly friendly and happy. We were especially impressed by the Manager, who visited our table three times and made sure that we were having a great time. It was clear that the entire team at Spago's cares deeply about their guests' dining experience. Overall, I cannot recommend Spago's enough. This was the second time this week that we were invited to eat at the restaurant, and we accepted without hesitation. The sambosa appetizer was good but didn’t come with any dipping sauce. The drink menu is very basic but Two Oceans Sauvignon Blanc paired nicely with the spicy flavors. “The last time I had Ajisen Ramen was in Shanghai many many years ago. I happened to find the place while I was looking for new places in Windsor and had to cross the border and give it a try. Yes, I took the Detroit Tunnel just to come and enjoy the food. The interior is your typical Asian restaurant, tables on the left side and booths on the right. I went with the pork original, fried shrimp and chicken Karaage. The broth was awesome, had that deep bone flavor, seasoned perfectly and hit the spot perfectly!! I would definitely recommend the pork original if you are new to the place. I'll be back to try other ramen flavors. I couldn't give them five stars because of the appetizers that I got. The fried shrimp was decent, the chicken karaage was decent as well, but the last one I was eating was undercooked... that experience just turned the experience down few notches. $42 before tip, 15% tip, toll in and out of USA/Canada, yes expensive meal trip, but it was worth it!”

The lemon chicken was pretty good, but the chicken fried rice was very plain with bean sprouts, a sprinkle of chopped green onion, egg and tiny bits of chicken in it. All 3 dishes were almost the same colour. The Shanghai noodles were very disappointing. The picture on their website shows this dish with red pepper and green vegetables in it…our dish had only cheap cabbage. I had eaten at their Niagara Falls location only 2 weeks ago and was so impressed with it that I ordered it here. I guess next time I will have to ask for this dish to be prepared the same way they do for their buffet. Food arrived hot and in less time than expected.”

He suggested the jerk chicken and jollof fries, which weren’t like anything we’ve ever had. The chicken was so flavorful and melted off the bone. But she was very nice and attentive ❤️They had bread or baguette and bread but was not homemade and wanted to charge $3 dollars for another small basket of bread. No oil or garlic and bread was not warm. The meals were excellent but portions very small again (pasta is cheap). A friend of mine said she went home and ate again. I felt embarrassed because I picked this place. The meals we had were not cheap. Drinks were all good. Oh ya the other thing they charge $6 if you don’t want their home salad for caesar. WOW we were all shocked ?. The chocolate lava cake was amazing . Hope they make some changes and then I will be back. Otherwise, Spagos is down the street and am never disappointed there ever.”

Three of us shared an appetizer platter and a single kabob plate, and it was more than enough for us. And the taste? Best hummus we've ever had! Our server, an incredibly pleasant young lady who has only been in Canada for 6 months, was so helpful with the menu, and very attentive. My only complaint would be the seating. They are funky looking chairs, but they’re SOOOO uncomfortable. I’m 5’6 and the seat was way too deep!! Forces you to sit perched forward, which is really uncomfortable. And the seats are so hard I actually had a very sore tailbone. Other than that it was GREAT!!!!”

“What happened to this KFC? The last couple months the food is awful! Fries so hard you could use them as nails. Chicken that's only cooked on one side, and so greasy I couldn't eat it. I have been a weekly, loyal customer for 4 years, but today is the last time I'll ever eat there. Absolutely disgusting!! And you raised the prices again, I see. Maybe you should consider using that extra money to fix your drippy drive-thru overhang.”
“The Twisted Apron is the best brunch I have ever eaten!! We were in Windsor for a week, and we ate here 3x. The traditional benny is the best ever, and they can serve it on gluten-free toast. I had avocado on the side to make a slice of avocado toast. The atmosphere is super cheery and bustling. The wait staff is very friendly and brighten the meal. The dessert was the highlight for me: toffee apple cake -- which is like an open-face pie but with cake as the "crust" and toffee drizzled over the top. I had it every time and even took one to go. :) We'll be back the next time we're in Windsor for sure!”

When we dined in the service was great, it was a busy time and during our dinner we had 3 different wait staff check in on us to see if we needed anything, which was great. Also the washrooms were nice and clean. Highly recommend Sawyer's for a night out and good food.”

“We ordered the paneer tikka masala, side of rice, naan, and aloo gobi for takeout with spice level "hot". In the aloo gobi there were hard inedible bits in it, I'm thinking it was part of the seasoning? The heat level was mild-medium, even though we ordered it to be "hot". Overall, I would rate the food 4/5. It was flavourful, had good portion sizes, & the customer service was good.”

“Honestly, my wife and I love Chucks. We can go get a steak dinner for $20. The steaks are usually tender and cooked right. If the cut isn't perfect, it's not the end of the world because it's $20. Servers are friendly and attentive. It's a place we don't mind going to because we don't feel like we're breaking the bank to go out and eat. Seems like anywhere else you go a steak is usually around $35 and up. They're a smart franchise. They price things cheaply to ensure repeat visits.”

The cost was very reasonable. The down side was their fountain drinks tasted little bit soapy.”

The lady who helped us even deboned the oxtail to make the burrito. So not only was the service amazing, their portions are huge and they’re oxtail & chicken we’re so tender and flavourful! Can’t wait to go back.”
