Dougall location forgot to give us the marinara sauce. We called them back but they didn’t answer because they were closing. So we called this location and they were very nice and told us to pick it up from them instead. We appreciated it so much!
Store hours online say opens at 9:30am door is unlocked but coming in to order food at 10 am they claim technically they are not open till 11am. So why keep hours posted that aren't right and leave door unlocked for people to walk right in? Employee didn't seem too thrilled about doing her job.

The employees work hard, and you can see they try to keep up, but the number of uber eats and skip orders slow things down here, and it's a busy spot. It takes some time to get through the line during the busy hours.... leave extra time. Otherwise, the food is good, and staff seem conscientious.
