The coffee is always lukewarm.I do go to that location 4 days a week in spite of it because of the convenience. But I can always tell as soon as they hand me the coffee that it's not hot. It never is, and I work a couple of minutes away and I always have to microwave it. I do want to add though, that the staff is always very nice.

I am losing faith in the common courtesy provided by the workers we all tip very well. When ur 10 cents short and normally tip a dollar every other visit its surprising to be treated like a bum and be denied service. And please stir the coffee and cut the bagels. Thanks.
