I go here so often because of April, the store manager. She is great, always happy to see me, and just a really nice person to be around. I don't get that level of customer service or friendly conversation anywhere else.If you go here and April is not in, the service is going to be a 50/50 depending on the person.But the store is clean, most things are usually stocked, and I like making it a frequent stop. Thanks, April!

As delicious as the donuts are, Ione must hurry before they sell out. It is clean. Customer service is not good at this location. I come here often because its near my work. Their coffee selection is smaller than other stores. Also, parking seems to have a 3 minute maximum. The Staff will come tell you to leave; even if the customer is updating their app or shopping for rewards before entering the store. Not lot of parking but no street parking available, either.
