After a bad experience at Little Caesars we came to Abby's to get a pizza. We ordered the spuds and a large pizza with pepperoni, mushrooms and olives. We take the pizza home and it had hardly any cheese and way way too much sauce and the pizza wasn't cut all the way through so we had to cut it as well.

There's a guy w short curly hair who's reallyyy unfriendly. The place was totally empty and he really had no reason to act so pissed off. The most friendly he was was lightly smiling once out of 3 jokes cracked. He also did not answer questions asked at all, like we asked how much pizzas are and he just said it depends. Could've said sizes at least. I don't want to be that person who does 1 star but I really can't do above that at all what with the amount of passive aggression-- 5 months later I came back and I will not be changing the service score. A different lady came by with a scowl and we repeatedly said thank you to no avail, then the next person she went to she said "You're very welcome" plain rude. Also while ordering she never smiled once. I don't get it, is there no policy or etiquette in this store against sour employees?

The employees are very nice. They also have a VP room.
I am a truck driver and whenever I come through Oregon I always order Abby's the food is great. But this time I got it from this store and it was horrible the pizza was just nasty the salad it didn't even have no bacon bits in it the spinach salad and it was just a bit of spinach that I search through just to get any toppings. Just horrible. But I won't stop ordering Abby's. Klamath falls and Redmond awesome, but I don't think I'll ever order from the store again.
