Stopped to get some caffeine on the road trip. Same process as a lot of other Dutch Bros. Waited in line. They had two going opposite directions on both sides of the small building. Someone with an ipad takes your order. A little guilt to tip since they ask you and enter it on your behalf. Seemed a bit quicker as it wasn't as busy as usual. Seems to have a problem hearing me because of the noise going on inside. Had to repeat my order 3 times. Didn't exactly get what I asked for. Took it anyway. If I ever complain they will always try to make it right until I am satisfied no matter how many times it takes. I find this with all their coffee shops.
