This place is so cute, and the employees were so friendly! We got the vegan Bahn Mi sandwiches and the vegan spring rolls, and they were fantastic! The spring rolls were very crunchy and had plenty of good filling, and was served with a nice sweet and sour sauce. The sandwich with a dab of Sriracha was perfection! I loved the mushrooms so much. It all tasted really fresh and made us very happy and full! The building had a nice vibe and aesthetic also. I highly recommend it!Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian and vegan options and they are clearly labeled! We loved the spring rolls and vegan Bahn Mi sandwiches!

Have always loved vietnamese food. Found this place, love the Banh MI, the pho is great but my favorite is the Bun cha, it's not quite the same as what we got when we were in Vietnam, but the flavor is there and reminds me of our time in Hanoi. Highly recommend Ba's if you're in the Corvallis or Albany area.

10/10- You Better Ba-lieve it!Ba’s has been a family favourite for dine-in, takeout, and coffee break for years! They have options best for heat of summer (refreshing combo noodle bowl or bahn mi), cold of winter (hot pho, beef stew and hot skewers), and every day in between.Personally, I could take one of their Vietnamese iced coffees every single day. If not multiple times a day. Vietnamese Iced Coffee is special not only due to the brewing process (idk Google it) but the distinct and powerful flavour of Cafe du Monde’s chicory coffee alongside the never-too-sweet condensed milk. Chicory root, a herbaceous plant, is commonly brewed alongside French Roast coffee in Louisiana (New Orleans) which adds a rich, rounded flavour to the coffee.My personal favourite is the Vietnamese Iced Coffee, with a pork skewer & shrimp Combo Noodle Salad.Parking: I recommend to turn onto 1st street ahead of Bakers Street intersection if you want to be in the right hand lane to come up curbside (Ba’s is on the right hand side of a 1 way street downtown). Due to the North Albany bridge’s location on the block, there is often congestion at light.

Highly recommend the beef pho, and the shrimp roll. Especially the dipping sauce for the shrimp roll, super tasty. The ginger chicken is very tender, but I feel like it’s too sweet for me. Even though, they have kimchi for side dishes, still got bored of the sweet taste. The reason for the deduction is the service. We came for five people today, but there’s only table for four, and there’s no added seats service, so my one of friends have to carry the bowl up to eat. In short, good food but poor service. Hope they can make some difference.
Best pho in Albany, hands down. It blows the other place away. All the food is top notch, and if you like avocado, you have to try the avocado smoothie. Ba's has a cozy atmosphere and friendly service to top it off.

Yum!!!! Been wanting to try their food for some time and was not disappointed! Staff are super friendly, food came out fast. Great flavors! I suggest the shrimp/pork salad rolls, beef pho and the banh-mi sandwiches. I had an avocado smoothie that was super refreshing! Will be back for sure!
