Asked for no cheese due to allergy. Was confirmed twice by staff no cheese. There was cheese had to return food, do not come to this establishment as they do not care about there jobs or company. Definitely go to McDonald's 100 feet away.Dietary restrictions: Failed to not meet restrictions after gelling staff if dailry allergy they still put cheese on burger. Never apologized, just acted like an inconvenience. Avoid at all cost, your life may depend on it

Idk but this specific Carl’s Jr always forgets something in my order, it’s been multiple times. I have a family of five and our total is usually around $50 and it’s pretty annoying to get home with hungry kids and have to tell them they need to eat something else.

Something isn’t right in their soda lines.The young gal at the drive through talked like a mouse over the intercom and at the window.It’s frustrating to pay for specific meals and not get what comes with it..young staff needs better training.
