The food was surprisingly great, we got chicken pad thai, spring rolls and fried chicken dumplings. I'm very picky when it comes to pad thai, it was yummy, lots of chicken , Flavor was great! Not fishy at all, the peanut suace for the spring roll was sweet and not too overwhelming with peanut , with no spice in it.Service was great.
We were staying at Super 8 and saw that they had a food court behind the Chevron gas station so we thought we'd try it out.The moment we walked in the owner met us, super friendly! Thai express is amazing! Their food is phenomenal, we've eaten here a few times and are always very happy with it. I love their Pad Thai! The food court is expanding so there are now more trucks to choose from and seating which is great.
