Lovely little downtown bakery!! I've got a cousin who is gluten free and I was so glad to have a place to take her when she visited a little while ago! The food at sprinkles has been consistently delicious! Their carrot cake cupcakes are my personal favorite. I don't think I have ever been disappointed there. Further, The service is phenomenal, the bakers are so friendly! A great stop if you're having a day downtown or need a little pick me up.

Ordered sprinkles online. It's been over 2 weeks now and I haven't received anything except a charge! I've emailed the company 4x to 3 different email addresses with no response. I will be putting in a report with my bank. Be careful of this company!

We have tried all bakeries around Albany and Corvallis and we’re always looking to find good cakes or cupcakes. This is the only place we can’t get enough of. We love their incredible, soft, fresh, smooth, gluten free! cupcakes and their macaroons are amazing! Definitely 10 out of 10. Also try the delicious croissants! Thanks to the owner that tries so hard to bring so much quality and flavor in her creations! At least we have you and your great customer service. I tried today the chocolate raspberry filled cupcake and Omg! This is now my favorite ❤️. I was overdue to give a five stars review

Hopped on in to Sprinkles for some treats today. I bought 2 mocha cupcakes which were incredible! So moist and so much frosting. I loved every bite! I bought a vanilla too but it wasn't as good. The cake wasn't as moist. Very dry and crumbly. I also bought two chocolate with chips on top. I'll review those tomorrow. I will definitely be back in for the mocha cupcakes. So so good!

I tried a mini vanilla cupcake with chocolate frosting. I would have preferred chocolate on chocolate, which was an option for full size cupcakes. The mini is actually the perfect snack size.The buttercream was good and I liked how they're was a generous amount. However, the crumb of the cupcake was pretty dry, which is not too surprising since it's easy to over bake a mini. I would go back to try a regular size cupcake. The store was really cute. Service was fine.

Literally the best cupcakes i’ve ever had. My boyfriend and I decided to try this place on a whim and didn’t even realize the cupcakes were vegan, dairy free and GF. I got the strawberry chocolate and he got carrot cake and I was BLOWN away! i’m usually not the type to get sweets that are GF and vegan but I didn’t notice any difference. they were light, soft, and melted in your mouth. definitely worth a try.

We love this place. Every time we visit family in Albany we must stop and get our GF sweets. Some of our family members have celiac and this bakery is cautious with their ingredients and prep areas. Seriously, the best gf deserts we have found!
