First of all this is the cutest Panera chain location I’ve been to! Second of all the service was impeccable, the nice person at the counter, Mac was patient, helpful and answered all of our questions! The food was also delicious (as always)

Ordered the you pick two, went through a whole runaround trying to get the charged lemonade, had an argument with both counter employee and front counter employee about how I ordered on the app and am part of the sip club.First they hide the drinks, now they hide the drink cups and make you do a whole dance to get your drink that you ordered with your meal.To top things off, they forgot to add double meat in the sandwich I paid for, and frizzled onions in the other.Ridiculous, terrible management on Panera’s end.

I’ve done multiple orders from this location, and every time there are mistakes. I willNot be using their online services as they cannot correct any issues, only issue refunds. It’s extremely frustrating to wait up to an hour for a delivery only for it to be constantly missing items.

Panera gets its name from the bread, which is full of air and toasted in pans. They add the extra "A" at the end to make it sound Italian.I had a grilled cheese and tomato soup, because it was cold and what else are you going to have when it's like that? It was exactly as meh as you would expect, so no surprises here. I mean, it's not a 5 star meal, eh?You might enjoy this place if you like carbs, faux Italian, and the pretense of being "healthy."4 bagels
