I don't know her name, but she was the one who greeted us and cashed us out for our food. I wanted to say she was amazing at her job and has the best customer service I've seen in a really long time. Super nice, great mood, and very helpful as it was my first time in. Definitely need more people like her at other places.. the world would be a better place. The food was really good!! Lots of options and choices. I definitely ordered more than I could eat. Salad bar is my favorite and I'll definitely be returning. All the staff was really nice and kind it's a great atmosphere.

We had a Rib Eye steak with a baked potato and a salad, and it was delicious. The steak was cooked to a perfect medium rare, and it was very tender. Service was excellent, from the front desk to the wait staff. We enjoyed our steak dinner so much that we went back the next day to have the salad bar for lunch.

Haven't eaten at one of these in years but I was wildly surprised when I stopped here for lunch the other day.Not only are they priced modestly but the steaks are as good, if not better, than any place I've eaten at in the past 20 years.Try them next time you're hungry!

Steak wasn't cooked as asked too red inside. Then the waiter brought tea but no spoon, creamer or sugar, had to ask him twice to bring them. Then asked him for A1 sauce never got it so had to get up and get one. Last of all asked for a bit more sour cream it took awhile to get. We eat several times a month and have had no problems. Not happy and very disappointed with the quality of food and the waiter especially.

There steaks are so overpriced and cooks don't know how to actually cook asked for medium rare got a medium to well done no resting or anything so rushed that it is not worth it the damn lobster was rubber....

Well I have to say that I think the Albany Sizzler, under new leadership (thank you Dennis) has made a turn around! Restaurant was clean. Food on the salad bar was fresh and tasty (thank you Rosalinda) and the hot food came out hot and wonderful!

I typically don't do sizzler. I stopped with a few friends while traveling. What I don't like is you've got to order all your meals right when you come in and you're still standing at the counter. And if there's people behind yet and you've never eaten there before you're extremely pressure to just order something and then go sit down. I didn't like that. The portions of my friend's steaks looked awfully small. Small steak and a small potato.My chicken burger was actually pretty good fries were okay. Atmosphere of the place was acceptable. I just don't like the format and the way that they have it set up for ordering food. My choice is a restaurant like a Mexican food place where you get a huge plate of food etc.
