WORTLESS !!!Saddens me that I have to give them a Star just to Post...I have been a Repeat Customer for Years and I've notice that the last 2+ years they have been Declining...Finally today I ordered a Pie that I picked up and when I got home with it was Basically a Piece of Bread that had just about nothing on it when I ordered a Pie with everything on it and when I called to Complain instead of hearing "we're sorry sir let's fix that". I got "we'll give you $5.00 Dollars on your next order"...They will never see a Nickle from me again !!!

Tonight my husband and I ordered pizza and a bunch of other things it was delivered and pizza was dry and the wings had no sauce I called and I asked to speak with the manager and carter got on the phone and plainer what happened and she replaced the whole order. I appreciate carter because she was able to help me feed my kids and hungry husband thank you carter

The pizza reminded me of the old dominoes! My wife didn’t even finish one slice! Something was just off with it! Won’t be going there again.

Came to pick up my wife from a friends sons birthday party. Was hanging out at the front parking lot waiting for the ladies to finish talking. It was 9:30 so it was pretty much a ghost town other than the delivery drivers buzzing in and out. Had a delivery guy tell me that we were blocking the parking lot and upsetting other customers and asked me to move. First it was 9:30 there might have been 1 other customer car in the lot and the one car that went past us ( plenty of room to drive around us by the way) was a delivery guy. This guy ( and I'm refusing to use descriptions of his physical appearance) was a total hack. I've worked in food service for years, have taken restaurant management courses, have 2 ACF culinary degrees. Not to mention my first jobs out of high school were in pizza places. I would have written him up and ran him threw the customer service training again. Totally shocked. I know workers are in short supply but this was just stupid.

We just ordered tonight and it took over an hour and a half to get to us. I could understand if the pizza was hot in the bag but it delivered Luke warm and was very disappointing.

So I've ordered online for delivery from this pizza hut twice now. I'm hard to please and I have been satisfied both times. From confirmation of order to pizza at my door in less than 30 minutes. I'm impressed. Even with today's order being placed right at the start of the super bowl game it was still timely. Thank you pizza hut of Albany! I'll definitely order again

Skip this place, the pizza is lousy and everything slides off as soon as you try to pick it up. The quality has just gotten too bad to even bother any more. Little Caesar's hot and ready $5 pizzas are better, and that really says something. The icing on top is that they got the nerve to charge $1 for the little paper packs of red pepper flakes that up until very recently were complimentary when you bought pizzas from them. With how cheaply made and lackluster their pizzas are and with what they charge for garbage like that, they now want to start being petty about the things that are complimentary everywhere else. It's no wonder the place is always completely empty every time I've gone to pick up an order.

I removed prior post because the situation has been remedied. Today, District and local Managers made things right. Our family has been loyal customer since it opened at mall, therefore knowing that this is being looked into makes myself and family feel better. So,

Walking into the restaurant and a younger lady hands a order over to the delivery driver and was talking about spitting in the food. Honestly disgusting! I don't think I'll be going to this location again!!

This a good place, I mainly do delivery but they're always on time or earlier with delivery and the food has never been one to complain about. I've recently been getting the 5 dollar deals, and I get pepperoni with desert, drinks, and a side. The pizza is never greasy, since it can get that way with pepperoni. Otherwise, I can't think of anything to improve on. Just keep making pizza, along with serving up smiles.

I'm going to have to disagree with most of the poor comments. I've been to this location several times now, usually expecting a mix up or poor serive, but each time has been great for me. I've had the buffet, I've ordered delivery, and have even picked up my pizza personally. Each time, the pizza has been correct and I've had great customer service. I do agree with some comments about the stuffed crust...the crust is amazing, but the pizza itself is paper thin. I would love to see improvement there, but otherwise a solid place.
