So I've ordered online for delivery from this pizza hut twice now. I'm hard to please and I have been satisfied both times. From confirmation of order to pizza at my door in less than 30 minutes. I'm impressed. Even with today's order being placed right at the start of the super bowl game it was still timely. Thank you pizza hut of Albany! I'll definitely order again
I removed prior post because the situation has been remedied. Today, District and local Managers made things right. Our family has been loyal customer since it opened at mall, therefore knowing that this is being looked into makes myself and family feel better. So, Thank you to the Managers and District today for validating our complaints and getting it handled!

Tonight my husband and I ordered pizza and a bunch of other things it was delivered and pizza was dry and the wings had no sauce I called and I asked to speak with the manager and carter got on the phone and plainer what happened and she replaced the whole order.
