“Best, safest in-home childcare in town. If I had not moved to Vancouver, WA this is the only place I would trust with my son. Tons of activities for the small ones and always a blast in the summer for the school aged kiddos with planned outings for the zoo, omsi, hikes etc always with a focus on movement and learning.“
“This location really rocks! My cake is adorable, they had it on time and ready. The first time I stopped by this location they actually didn't have anything available at the time and I was not impressed. They more than made it up! Friendly and sweet staff that helped me too!“
“I ordered a Hello Kitty cake for my daughter’s 18th birthday. Favi nailed it! The design was beautiful. It was a vanilla cake with strawberry buttercream filling. My family loved it. I would definitely be ordering another cake for my next event. Thank you Favi for your amazing work ??“
“I have yet to have something from The Hungry Hero that wasn't exceptional. Their sweet treats are so delicious and I think about them often. I have never been to their store front, but always get something when they do pop-ups at Nordstrom at Washington Square Mall. These pop-ups are usually very busy, but the team working moves with urgency and efficiency, all while maintaining a friendly and welcoming atmosphere. If you want a delicious sweet treat definitely check them out. Everything is good, you won't be disappointed.“
“I reached out to the owner about allergens. She was so kind and informative and provided a few safe options. My son LOVED the vegan olive focaccia bread. I had the cold brew scone and it was delicious! Our family is so thankful to have a safe allergy friendly bakery in town.“
“My partner has a Brazilian background and is also fairly picky... but he was raving over the cake he got here. Something with pineapple? He said it wasn't overly sweet and was made with real whipped cream. He also picked up a Brazilian soda that he hadn't had in 20 years! We'll be back. Thank you for putting a smile on his face!Vegetarian options: Desserts and drinks“
“This little breakfast cafe is stellar. Great location right off of i5. Super clean, friendly staff, and delicious food and drinks. Here are the highlights:Love the kolaches!!! The kielbasa one is my kids favorite.-I ? the honey spice latte.-There is an awesome toy corner and I saw the owner wipe them down after some kids played with them.-Also has a great big table that would be perfect for a study group or coworking session.Vegetarian options: The sweet kolaches were all vegetarian, and there was an egg and cheese kolache that was vegetarian as a savory option.Dietary restrictions: Clear communication about allergens was availableKid-friendliness: Great toy corner!“
“They are so nice and amazing CookiesVegetarian options: They have someDietary restrictions: They have them labeledParking: Lots of spotsKid-friendliness: Very kid friendly it's in a teen hang out spotWheelchair accessibility: Yes there is stairs or a ramp“
“Of course, it is number one at the state level in the Iraqi bakery business. Thank you to the market owner, my friend Sajjad Abu Ali. He works hard with his family members and some employees to keep the business always successful. I have been a customer of theirs for more than 8 years. Thank you to everyone.“
“10/10. The cardamom hot oat milk latte was very good. The jalapeño smoked salmon spread was also great. I also respect that they serve simple food at non inflated prices. $4.50 for a simple breakfast sandwich is very respectable. These other places charging $18 for an egg and cheese sandwich is awful.I’d come back for sure.“
“Omg the West coast Benedict and blackberry spritz!! Best brunch day ever!! And don't forget dessert!! The black beauty is a delicious decadent, light fluffy dessert. If you like a little hint of coffee, then get the Versailles. The Easter treat (mousse cup) was also amazing- and my favorite!Parking: This is a popular spot, so except to drive around the lot to find a spot. Lots of different businesses there.“
“We love this place, my son found it. In our family, we eat strawberries shortcake on birthday . He remembers it, on my yonder son's birthday. He took us here. We also eat curry pan, Chocolate cornet, sausage rolls, and much more, another good family memory add, thank you“
“This place is absolutely amazing. The prices are amazing, the pastries; both sweet and savory, are delightful! This has quickly become a new weekend favorite for my boyfriend and I, and I’m always surprised it’s not so so busy, because it’s seriously a gem. I give the service 3 stars because it seems like the coffee part could use better organization in terms of calling out drinks, but it is truly a great spot, and their cold brew is delicious!“
“You've got to try their jalapeno cheese beef hot dogs. Those or something special right there and the donuts are awesome too and they wait. Staff is excellent. Those two guys did a great job for a couple of young fellas. I would give them a ? and they should get a “
“Everything was amazing! We got a cake and cookies for my daughter’s sweet 16 birthday party, and everything was delicious and so cute! The theme was Hello Kitty and she did the cake and cookies perfect! My daughter was so stoked! The cake was absolutely delicious and so moist! Highly recommend!!!“
“Tous Les Jours - Beaverton Town Center Is an incredible bakery and cafe. They have a variety of different types of pastries. As well as coffee drinks and non-coffee drinks. It's a great place to get something nice and sweet to eat, with a nice drink, and just sit and relax in the shop with a friend or just alone. The shop is also aesthetically pleasing. The way you get the pastries is, you get a small tray and some tongs and you go around the cases and pick and choose out what you want. Everything is priced and labeled.I ended up just getting three pastries to go.I forgot the exact price, but I believe it was around ($10+).Overall, would recommend getting yourself a couple of pastries from this place. They're super delicious and unique.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsParking: There is a parking lot right in frontKid-friendliness: Super kid-friendly. Would recommend taking your kids there and getting a pastry to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really that wheelchair accessible.“
“Always happy to see local bakeries, glad we have them!Basque cheesecake was well done and friendly folks at the counter.. thanks!the Korean cheese buns didn't quite work or I had higher expectations. the use of sweet cream cheese doesn't quite work with the type of bread and the garlic. id think most real cheeses would work better maybe blue, gouda or a mild cheddar“
“First time here! The cheesecake croissant donut was divine!! The tall, light haired gentleman was friendly, engaging, and spoke highly of your product. He is a credit to your establishment! The young girl who helped me was new but did a great job.“
“La Provence in Beaverton is our favorite location in this excellent chain, and we always enjoy their wonderful food when we are visiting the area. Their bakery has suppled us with many welcomed hostess or celebration gifts (oh, those macarons!) over the years. The staff is excellent as well (hi, Cory, thanks again!). Highly recommended.“
“We get all of our custom cakes from here. I try and find excuses and reasons that we need a cake, lol. They're so good, and always come out looking beautiful. Everyone I've talked to there is always so kind and helpful. Highly recommend for anything - but especially if you're looking for a custom cake!“
“We traveled from Oregon City to get these donuts and the donuts were as good or better than any donut I've ever had. We got a dozen donuts and they were as good on day one as they were on day four. The apple fritter was still fresh and crispy on day four. We did store the donuts in a bag to keep them fresh after day two. We will definitely will be coming back!Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible.“
“We needed 36 "Frozen" themed egg free/nut free cupcakes for a party at our child's daycare, and WOW did Amber deliver. Not only were they spectacularly beautiful, they tasted amazing. The cupcakes were ready right on time and pick up was simple. Will definitely be back for any future cupcakes needs. Thank you, Amber!“
“Jen has been baking sweet treats for our family for years. She's our go-to baker for all special occasions, as well as the occasional cake jar and macaron (up for grabs on her IG stories). The best part about using a local baker is they are part of your special events and become friends. Jen, Thank you for your kindness and delicious treats. You're the best!“
“Most of my family is gluten free. This store has best options and prices. Plus they have some potato chips that are hard to find elsewhere. Bacon flavor and Sasquacht flavors. The other day I was kindly informed by the checkout person that there were new additions to the GF breads...including a GF rye. Awesome!! Such a great find! Reuben sandwiches! Woot!Dietary restrictions: Gluten free options“
“Love love this place! My only complaint is the $1.50 additional charge for milk alternative? we should be encouraging people to use milk alternatives, not making it difficult to add an environmentally conscious option or for those who are lactose intolerant---turning it into almost a $7 coffee...which is crazy!“
“I'm so happy that this bakery is in my neighborhood. My understanding is that they have a location in Bend, OR too. It's such a great place to pick up some sweet bakery goods, a yummy coffee or tea, breakfast sandwiches, and other sandwiches too! A nice, clean, and modern atmosphere where the staff are friendly. There are a few tables inside and a few outside as well.I love the breakfast sandwiches and the Waldorf chicken salad on a perfect croissant. The Sparrow Chai is really good, too.On street parking is available. I don't ever encounter an issue in finding a spot. They are only open until 2:00 pm.“
“Carina' Bakery is fully vegan with many gluten free options. They have savory and sweet and lots of options of both. Our favorites are their pistachio cake, almond cake, brownies, and cupcakes. I also live that they have hemp milk as one of their drink options (plus oat, soy, & coconut). The staff are very friendly and kind, many have visual impairments (there is a sign about it). There's also a little window along the counter where you can see the staff dog, if he's in. My daughter always hope to see him. The bakery is small so recommend planning your order to go but there are a few tables inside and a few more outside.“
“First visit to Crumbl Cookies was awesome! No wait, friendly staff, and the cookies were delicious—especially the peanut butter ones! Definitely coming back, but can't resist recommending them to everyone!Parking: Parking was easy right in front of the store crumble“
“This place holds a special place in my heart. My daughter and I watched Chopped and one day after a long, hard appointment we were walking and talking and found this bakery. It’s been a go to place for us to connect and talk over the years. Fast forward my husband took me on a first date to learn how to bake macarons. You all did my wedding cakes/treats. I get something special from you guys for every event in our lives. Recently my mother had some health concerns and underwent radiation. Loss of appetite, pain, over all crappy. One day I brought her a short bread toffee pastry. She LOVED IT! Since then she craves them. It was the only thing she was able to eat or wanted to eat. I went in one day to buy her a few and they were sold out . They kindly told me that I could come back tomorrow and they would save me some. I arrived the next day to a FRESH Box of special created toffee shortbread. Sold to me at a discount and wrote on the box. The kindness and compassion you showed my family and I was unreal. You shed light on a dark situation. Thank you for your kindness, service, compassion, and love. With the deepest gratitude I appreciate you.“
“This is by far the best Mexican market in the Portland metro. Amazing house made carnitas. Active owners that are onsite and really care about their business and customers. I go as often as I can. Thank you Yesenia’s for incredible chicharrón and great service!“
“This place is so amazing for their customer service and for having such delicious Tres leches cake. I've ordered from them twice now and I am always thrilled to have a happy surprise for my good friend as it's his favorite flavor. There's plenty of fun pastries to choose from when you go in as well as some savory options, and you can't forget about your classic Mexican baked goods. I love being able to support a small business in the Tigard area and hope that you do as well!“
“La Espiga Dorada provided all the desserts for our recent holiday party at Sorrento Bluff. The desserts were beautiful and delicious. Absolutely the hit of our event. I highly recommend the chocolate-covered strawberries. The "1000-layer cake" was the first to be totally consumed, with the "Tres Leches" a close second.“
“We were in a party of four and were seated right away for dinner! Waitress was very polite and helpful explaining the different dishes on the menu. Three in our party really loved the food but it just wasn't my cup of tea. I had three different types of meat (beef, chicken and lamb) and the lamb was okay but I didn't care for the other two. The rice was very good. I wouldn't go back but the rest of my party will be returning.“
“The staff here are so nice and the location itself is clean. Out of the handful of cookies only one that I tried was amazing and worth coming back for a second and the others weren’t worth finishing between me and my family. One thing I don’t understand is how some flavors sell out (for the whole week!) early in the week. It seems like there might be an issue with production or inventory.“
“We sat outside and the table was kind of dirty. I asked our server if I can get anything to wipe the table. It seemed she couldn't figure out where the stain was. She lightly wiped the table, but the stain remained. It was a sunny day, so I guess it was hard to see the stain depending on the angle. But there was also a bread crum left behind on the table, so maybe they forgot to wipe it. Who knows. We ordered the fresh orange juice and cafe latte. The orange juice was really good, but 8 dollars for this?? As for the coffee, the milk foam was too thick and not silky at all. I do not recommend. The food we ordered was good, so maybe I'll try again next time.“
“This location has the best staff, very kind and appreciate their regular customers. My only suggestion would be to sell the smaller cookies individually. The cookies... Just way too good, Definitely not for the diabetic, lol. The constantly changing unique cookies idea is super fun especially because customers can make suggestions for new flavors on the website.Dietary restrictions: Soooo much sugar!!!“
“Cupcakes were amazing and the hit of our company event. Everyone loved the cupcakes, which were delicious! My only concern with picking them up from the bakery was that there was no designated parking for pickup. The bakery was kind enough to loan me their cart to take my order to my car. Since it's a holiday season I had to park a distance away from the store.“
“My husband is obsessed with baked goods, this shoppe has his stamp of approval. They also have good boba and other drinks that are more my speed. It's a grab-and-go type shoppe and it's usually packed on the weekends. Very good showing.“
“Whent to Panadería el jarochito, It's a little nuke in the wall bakery. I went there to get a couple of (Mexican Pan Dulce) To my surprise, they were quite cheap. The regular ones are ($1.25).The ones with filling are ($1.75).I also ended up getting 2 slices of cake that they had there (mil ojas & 3 leches) Each costing ($4).Would recommend coming here and getting a couple pieces of sweet mexican bread.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian options.Parking: Not really, that much parking in front of this shop.Kid-friendliness: Plenty of snacks and treats.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really, that much accessibility.“
“It is a great place to get some bakery items and freshly made food. I had a craving for a grilled cheese sandwich and also a turkey deluxe sandwich. I was pretty hungry during this visit. I liked that the lines go by pretty quickly, and you also get your food fast. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. The grilled cheese here is done well and has the right amount of cheese oozing out. The turkey sandwich was solid.“
“Grand Central bakery is an amazing small coffee shop chain. Yesterday I got their seasonal honey latte and a vegetarian quiche, and both were absolutely delicious! They also make some really good breakfast sandwiches. I've had in the past past and a whole assortment of tasty pastries. I would categorize their pastries as some of the most hearty pastries around.“
“We bought the lemon and strawberries & cream cakes for takeout. They were bigger than we expected, and we thought they might be too much for a snack after lunch. But they were so light and fluffy that we ended up eating them both in no time! The sponge cake was not too sweet, and it balanced perfectly with the sweetness of the cream. They have a wide variety of cakes, and they're always adding new flavors, so we're excited to try more!?“
“What I like most about this place is how roomy it is. During these times, many other grocery stores just seem crowded and congested, and it's nice to be able to be away from people. They seem to hire intelligent and helpful staff, and I agree with the bathroom codes. Probably keeps a lot of lowlifes from doing the sneak-and-tweak. The main problem is the same one with all Safeways, which is that their discounts are basically a monte game with all sorts of little gotchas. The result is that I just ignore any potential discounts. If you keep about five of their cards around, and rotate them, you can make it a little more difficult for them to profile your shopping--especially if you don't attach a phone number to it (why would you?).“
