Warning on catering (especially for a wedding)-What we paid for:215pm arrival - in time for apps then dinnerTruck on site, people served from truckFood for 100 peoplePrompt serviceWhat we received:Crew arrived nearly 3 hours late -Food ready by about 6pm (obviously no pre-dinner apps at that point)No truck on site-broken down (though 3 hours before event, "all was good")Food for 85 people (15 portions short)Missing an entire dishA self service buffet (crew hung in parking lot instead of serving- would have made up for a lot)Food is good but I wouldn't trust them to cater an event after our experience. Caused us a ton of stress on a special day.Competitive bids were about 20-25% cheaper for a self service buffet from 808 Grindz. We were happy to pay the additional cost because a truck was promised on site and that folks would be served from folks at the truck instead of a buffet. Truck broke down and then the rest of the issues happened. We got an offer of 18% refund from the owner of In Da Cutz. Even with this, it is more than any self service buffet bid we got from competitors (plus this is disregarding being 3 hours late, missing an entire dish, no truck, no service, and short on food for our group).Big bummer on a good day with inadequate resolution.

We were happy to pay the additional cost because a truck was promised on site and that folks would be served from folks at the truck instead of a buffet. Truck broke down and things only got worse from there (as stated above). We got an offer of 18% refund from the owner of In Da Cutz. Even with this, it is more than any self service buffet bid we got from competitors (plus this is disregarding being 3 hours late, missing an entire dish, no truck, no service, and short on food for our group by about 15-20 portions). Owner believes this is fair. Good for lunch, but don't trust to cater your special events. Typically you'd see folks cover their costs and refund the rest when there's such a big miss on a businesses part on someone's wedding day.

I love grabbing lunch or dinner from these guys. It's always so delicious. Just imagine the best teriyaki you've ever had. Now multiply by 10x. And the prices are reasonable, too!I usually go for the garlic Chicken. But I've had plenty of spicy chicken or just good old down and dirty classic teriyaki. But even that has that In Da Cutz flavor you won't find anywhere else. And I can't go without mentioning the rice which is always nice and fluffy in white or brown varieties. And finally there's the macaroni salad thats just too good for words.I discovered these guys by accident just driving through town one day. And I don't even live anywhere near them. But I make a major detour to grab a bag of goodness from them.

I have been to the Hawaiian islands multiple times, and always have a handful of "plate lunches" during my extended times there. Therefore I am frequently looking to recreate that foodie experience back home. I have to say that this food truck comes pretty close. Starting with the warm aloha spirit you get from the friendly folks to the mouth-watering dishes. I like that the plate lunches come in 3 sizes (mini, regular & large) with different meat choices plus white rice & mac salad. Also that they rotate different specials in & out, such as loco moco, meat jun, poke, etc. My personal favorites are the kalua pig (with the right level of smokiness) and the garlic butter shrimp (prepared the authentic way unpeeled). My only complaint is that they are not open on weekends. However perhaps that is a good thing, otherwise I'd be there way too often!

Saw the truck when I walked out of the store across the street. Wasn’t hungry yet so I just ordered a few musubi. They make it to order so I had to wait a few minutes. Wow, so fresh and they don’t skimp on the Spam. The best we’ve had in Oregon!! Will definitely come back to try the rest of the menu!

High expectations, big stomach ache.Wow, saw the reviews and I really wanted to like this place! I ordered the Mochiko chicken and garlic steak. I waited for 18 minutes next to the cart then went to check in. They said they were out of Mochiko chicken. All steak OK? I asked if we could sub spicy shrimp and they were kind enough to say yes.Got the food, oh man. Shell still on shrimp in various amounts but covered with sauce/chopped garlic so not initially apparent. I think I swallowed some shell before realizing. The thickness and texture of sauce made it tricky to remove. Sauce not spicy at all, tasted primarily like acidity of jarred garlic. Steak very chewy and completely flavorless. No garlic on steak whatsoever.Hoping this message will be received and you guys can succeed. Rock on.

I wasn't sure what to expect when I found this place but it was amazing! Great food, super nice guy and great portions. I will continue to get food here. The garlic chicken is delicious!

I'm crazy picky when it comes to Hawaiian food. The ONLY place in the area that has ever satisfied me is 808 Grinds... Until now. In Da Cutz is not only competition, it easily overcomes my previously favorite Hawaiian place. Everything was so full of flavor that the term "mouthgasm" doesn't even due it justice, I legit had full body chills of pleasure while eating the garlic steak and Mac salad. If I was rich, I would hire them to make me food every single day. It's genuinely one of the best things I've ever eaten. In fact, it was so good that after my teen and I finished, they begged to go back to buy lunch for their girlfriend too just so they could share how incredible it is. And the text their girlfriend sent back after we dropped it off was, "this is the best thing I've ever eaten." For as long as this truck exists, we will be regulars... I will literally cry if they ever leave.

We got the Mochiko chicken and Garlic chicken plates to-go.? Both were well seasoned and tasty. The portions are hearty and the prices are reasonable. It's a shame it's not on the street so it's not so obvious, but I hope everyone will try this food truck.??

Really great food! Kind of a bummer that they ran out of chicken at 5 p.m. They also don't answer phone calls..or at least they didn't for me. Would have loved to know that they ran out of chicken ahead of coming. But overall the food is delicious!

Ordered the spicy ? and teriyaki chicken. Good portions. But I should have mixed the chicken. The spicy ? would not have been so spicy ? and the teriyaki would not have been so sweet. Maybe they can do a half and half next time.
