I wanted to love this place, I wanted to give it 5 stars but I just can't be dishonest. The owner is a nice guy but the food falls short of my expectations. Not enough toppings but lots of good Japanese style short grain rice. The beef teriyaki was good but just one skewer and the teriyaki sauce was watery. The chicken satay was super tiny pieces. I got the chicken & rice - loved the onions in between the skewer & the rice was, well, rice! and it was all great together of course. Super simple order & go, very convenient & tasty!

I try to go here every Tuesday for the spicy eggplant and tofu special. Its vegan friendly. You can fill your belly for under $10 here and theres not many places where you can do that these days. The business is family owned and full of great people. I definitely recommend stopping here for some food.
