“A very personal, fantastic experience. You can tell the chef takes great pride and has tremendous passion in his craft, and the Somm is very personable, and ardent with presentation. I think my wife teared up with each course; something I’ve only been able to do three or four times when cooking for her over 20 years. 100% will be back. Highly recommend. An experience to be enjoyed by both seasoned professionals and foodies alike.”
“We celebrated my fathers birthday dinner at Blue Toba. I've been eating here well before they moved, but this was my first time back since the move. The food is exactly as I remember it. The meat in my dish was tender & flavorful. The fried rice dish that my son had was new to the menu & incredible! My father also had the fried rice & ate every bite. This is a great restaurant to support!!”
“I had only been here one other time, but was immediately remembered and treated like Royalty. I have tried at least eight different delightful dishes, all immaculately prepared.”
“Excellent sushi. We had the Ool-Lala Roll and the Bamboo Curtain. Super excellent service, and a nice place to sit in. Will definitely come back next time we are in Ashland.”
“This is THE cocktail bar in Ashland. If you are visiting town and want something a little more upscale and has serious ambiance, then I highly recommend Bar Juillet. Most importantly, the vibe of this spot is FANTASTIC! With the exposed brick, mood lighting, and tasteful decorations, it is a very romantic and trendy date night spot. The cocktails are so delicious as well! Their master bartender is constantly changing up the menu to add unique twists to classic drinks. Their toasted marsh mellow old fashioned is to die for! If you're feeling cheeky, I would recommend ordering the "piggy punch." It changed every week and is served out of a fun pig glass! It is always so cool to see what the drink is each week! Personally, I love just going and sitting at the bar. The space is super lively and you never know who you might run into. The bartenders are so friendly too! Definitely one of my top date night spots!”

“We loved it so much 2 days ago, we went back! The specials here shift daily and when they say special, they mean it! Soooo delicious! Not only is the food so en pointe but the service is EXCELLENT! We were so happy to have Hettie again!”
“The pork belly is fabulous! & The breaded chicken was the best chicken I have tasted and we loved the ceaser salad. We will be back, it will be a little while, maybe next year because it is pricey.Kid-friendliness: Not any kid friendly food”
“So good! So far every tofu dish I’ve had was delicious. Good portions, good prices, lovely staff. Just take-out, no dine-in, I love this place.Vegetarian options: Tons of tofu dishes and just veggie dishes if you prefer.”

“Completely phenomenal. I have no notes. Everything about Cocorico exceeds expectations. From the thoughtfully designed dining areas and gorgeous outdoor patio, to the quality of the food, this place has quickly climbed to the top of my local favorites list. Owners/staff are as friendly and warm as could be. Other Ashland restaurants have a lot to learn from Cocorico.”

“Fantastic food. My husband and I shared the tea leaf salad and the beef curry bowl. Both were fresh and full of flavor. The lady who worked inside was very kind and gave great recommendations. Although small inside, there were also tables outside we could sit at. Would definitely come ”

“We were looking for a place to eat in Ashland and found this great place. Delicious food, lovely service - the yummy smells and full tables drew us in! Thank you”
“In town from Sac. friends took me here. I had the most delightful slice of Pizza. The order taker was very helpful and patient. Each table had a bottle of paarm. and pepper flakes, on the side shelf bottles of garlic powder, Italian herbs salt & pepper.Needless say my combo veggie slice of pizza was devine. Ate every bit of the crust will stop in again.NOTE: they coulda turned up the Greatful Dead.”
“Good Lord the food tastes as good as it looks, and it looks amazing. Plus the service was super friendly and accommodating for vegetarian/vegan requests for the ones with dietary restrictions. Worth every penny, this is my new weekend breakfast/brunch place forever!Vegetarian options: Only one or two vegan options but the staff was willing to customize and had knowledge of what was and wasn't vegan.”

“Everything is great about this place except for the service. Seems like the employees can only do one thing at a time. There is always a long line, and it's painful to watch as one employee is semi- competent, and the other two are completely clueless! So after a long wait in line, they expect a tip. Someone needs to train the employees here how to be more efficient.Otherwise, the bread is the best in town, truly! The baguettes are JUST LIKE THE ONES IN FRANCE! The iced coffee on nitro is perfect, the ice cream flavors are unique and original, the pastries are to die for.......Someone really knows what they are doing here!I'm truly addicted to their little baguette sandwiches. This place is great except for the clueless, slow employees. This place could operate so much more smoothly and efficiently if they would train their employees a little better.I'll give them 5-stars when they fix this.”
“First time customer long time wonderer! RoCo has an amazing drink menu -coffee drinks, non coffee drinks and cocktails!I am looking forward this summer to mimosas made with lemon or raspberry sherbet! ?”
“We were there on the 15th and her name was juliet and she was delightful and the food was awesome and the bloody Mary's were perfect after a bit too much fun on the 14”
“Nama is an excellent raw bar that offers the freshest ingredients as they are available. We have been several times. We love to check out what is beautiful and fresh in the glass case at the bar. They have an extensive selection of sakes, as well as a small, curated selection of local and international wines. They also have a full selection of liquor. When we dine at MÄS, we always save a little room for an after-dinner drink at Nama with the fun, friendly and lively staff.”
“Thought I'd give the new restaurant on the block a try. I had the veggie plate and made it 'killa'. The rice, beans and cheese were excellent - the veggie add-on was good, but a little on the skimpy side. I would definitely 'make it killa' which is some pickled stuff and their special sauce. They've also got a decent selection of hot sauces. Glad to see an affordable place show up downtown!”

“Everyone was sweet and gave us what we asked for. Not super intrusive but available staff. Tasty wines. I wish they had a la cart options for snacks- I would have loved salami, olives, crackers, Jam, mustard, and pickles. (But I understand. The menu still looked good)I didn't stay. Just wine tasting.”
“Ww went to Grizzly Peak Winery for a Rogue Theater Company show. The owners of the winery are huge supporters of the arts and have a wonderful performance venue. We've seen some of the best shows in Southern OR here. Their wines are terrific as well but it's really nice to support good people who have a strong sense of community and add their brand of special sauce to the experience.”

“Almost annoyingly perfect. The food is always outstanding, their employees actually seem to enjoy working there, and they serve the best latte in Ashland. Pricey but you definitely get what you pay for.”
“Great food and service. Not much more to say.Dietary restrictions: My date has many dietary restrictions including allergies to all nightshades and they did a stand-up job of making sure her meal was correct.”
“Happy Bowl makes for a happy mouth, belly, and soul. The pho is exceptional. The eggplant is my newest favorite food. It is succulent and a little spicy. My mouth is watering writing about it. Service is quick and the place is super popular and busy. The proprietors are kind and friendly. Fried rice with tender chicken is my kiddo's favorite.Vegetarian options: Eggplant is my go to veg option. The veg pho with extra onions and lime is fantastic.Parking: The parking spaces are tight and there is little room to maneuver. I recommend parking at the grocery store and walking/wheeling over.Wheelchair accessibility: We've come several times with wheelchairs. The accessibility is good and all the tables can fit the wheelchair comfortably.”
“First time at this place , I do like Indian food , enjoyed plates here quality is great , portion is decent and garlic Naan is something everyone need to try !!! Rarely leave reviews but this place deserves! 5* !!!! Thanks ”
“Food was fantastic but service was slow and 1/3 of food came out 10 mins late which was annoying but ok in end.Prices are very reasonable and the atmosphere is great when you get in, but we were seated at the back and it was under repair or something and 1/2 of our table and chairs were off an outdoor patio set so it was odd.Tiramisu was great…took really long time for a bottle of beer and a gin and tonic to appear.”
“Vegetarian options: Vegetarian & Vegan selections are incredibly delicious & limited.Wheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair access provided. Vegetarian options available but limited. On street parking provides sufficient space for vehicles. Some Dietary restrictions can be accommodated.”
“What a treasure. The white cheddar macaroni and cheese was delicious, as was the fettuccini Alfredo. Requested mushrooms added and they did not disappoint. Flavors were amazing. Probably the best Alfredo I've eaten. Pasta was perfection. Charming, comfortable atmosphere. A new favorite stop when we're in town.”
“My daughter and I had lunch here and were pleasantly surprised. This will now be our favorite restaurant in Ashland. For vegetarians, the rice and whole beans are without animal ingredients. I highly recommend the spinach enchiladas. Yummy! The margaritas are exceptional. Service was the best part of our lunch. We were treated like family. The atmosphere is warm and friendly with Mexican tradition. We had to roll ourselves out the door. That's how full we were. More food on our plates than we could eat. I had enough to take home for dinner. We can't wait to go back.”

“Cauliflower Manchurian was the bomb. Best one I have had in a long time. Loved the fried kale tacos.Samosa Chaat is also good but can be too spicy.Overall really nice place with some interesting fusion options to go check out!”
“My husband and I saw the show 'Clue' on Valentine's Day. It was outstanding! We laughed so much it hurt! The theatre itself is very well maintained and overall a beautiful experience! 10/10 recommend.”

“We have been to Harana twice so far, both times because we happened to be nearby and it was cold and rainy, and the café looked cozy and inviting. It has a lovely atmosphere, although it is casual. Orders are placed and then customers sit down at a table with a number and the orders are brought out. The lumpia are melt-in-your-mouth glorious. We always order extra atchara because yum. I love the sisig pork belly, which has lots of yummy acrid onions and a gooey melty egg. Their rice is perfect. The cheese ice cream is crunchy and savory and a delightful end to a meal there. Hopefully we will branch out and try other dishes in the future… We just love what we’ve had there before so much!”
“Excellent coffee, friendly welcoming staff, nice relaxing and open environment. Love that you can order different roasts. We ordered an iced mocha with cinnamon and two cortados with different roasts. The two roasts were very distinct and both were delicious.World Tour is a darker roast has a robust and rich flavor.Pompadour is a lighter roast with a smooth milder flavor but none of the fruity notes that usually turn me off from lighter roasts.”
“So good! So far every tofu dish I’ve had was delicious. Good portions, good prices, lovely staff. Just take-out, no dine-in, I love this place.Vegetarian options: Tons of tofu dishes and just veggie dishes if you prefer.”
“You know a place is quality when they have healthy plants! Very authentic cafe in trendy, downtown neighborhood. They made a custom GF, vegan -ish carrot cake for my friend’s bday (HBD, Leslie!). Everything is gluten free, a few vegan items in stock. More available by request, very allergy friendly. ?? Don’t be in a hurry, it took them 30 minutes to heat up my order (They gave it to someone else.). I was late for my next appointment. ?UPDATE- The vegan carrot cake is so good no one complained about it being gluten free! Everything was perfect: color, texture, flavor and presentation. You made my friend’s surprise party a success, thank you. ✨ We liked it so much, I got the same for my bday! I don’t even like carrot cake. LOL The biggest compliment? My picky husband said, “This is so moist, gluten free is never like this.” ?”
“Simple cafe is amazing. It's always fresh and their weekly "specials" menu is always so good that there are still things on the main menu I haven't even gotten to! If you're looking for a high quality, reasonably priced meal in Ashland look no further.Wedding Catering Review below:WOW! I truly don't have the words to describe how amazing the food was at our wedding (October 2023, 106 people). Javier and his team were punctual and I got so many compliments on the food. Both the chicken and pork options were amazing. Javier has his own plates, utensils, water glasses, etc which helped immensely as we didn't have to coordinate with another vendor to rent these items. Whether you need a large event catered, or simply need lunch, you cannot go wrong with Simple Cafe.”
“I love this coffee shop, both locations. Friendly baristas, amazing coffee. I've had nitro cold brew here and lattes. Never disappointed. Gorgeous interiors - lots of plants and cool vibe.”
“I’ve had drinks that taste really good and some totally terrible. My biggest complaint is that the sweetness is not consistent. I usually say half sweet and then it’ll either come out too sweet to even want to consume or flavor less. If it was a consistent flavor I would come here more often.”
“The F-bomb was delicious! I had a request to take an ingredient out and the gentleman was so accommodating! I wish I lived closer for this amazing Mediterranean food.Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy.”
“Whenever I visit Ashland I have to go to ReMix, the place is unique! I love the coffee, but especially the croissants in all the variations that are offered ?.Thank you also for the always nice and fast service.”
“I live 4 hours away and come through Ashland a lot and always have to make my stop here. I love the fresh herbs. I'm the coconut oolong tea girl. I get it over ice but everything is so good there.”
“Cauliflower Manchurian was the bomb. Best one I have had in a long time. Loved the fried kale tacos.Samosa Chaat is also good but can be too spicy.Overall really nice place with some interesting fusion options to go check out!”
“Fabulous. The iced tea was terrible, but hubby loved the brisket sandwich and the stout the bartender picked for him was great, he said. I was only up for an appetizer, and the Dirty Fries were really good. Oh, and house made potato chips came with the sandwich and were awesome. Staff did great in spite of how busy it was (long line, but it moved fine).”
“Pony Espresso is always a good port, stormy or not. Their staff is always friendly and on the ball....that is why I go there...Magical coffee drinks too...yummmmmm!”
“Last Thursday, I needed pita bread for Christmas morning. I live in California, so I needed them right then. A very nice man helped me, I need 3, asked for 4 in case I screwed up. He sold me 5. And gave me a break. He triple wrapped them. When I opened them to use, they were still perfect, fresh, beautiful. It meant alot. My son lost his dad a couple years ago, and his dad always made him a pita breakfast on Christmas morning. So I recreated it for him and he was so happy. Nice place. It made his Christmas morning. Thank you.”
“Wonderful trout special, very unusual mushrooms in the antipasto, "vanilla" ice cream extraordinary. Excellent service. Long established tradition for great food. Everything is good to great.Dietary restrictions: Handles gluten-free well.”

“Claire at The Human Bean in Ashland is an absolute gem! Her exceptional customer service and warm demeanor create an inviting atmosphere that sets this coffee shop apart. Especially from Dutch Brothers (yeech!!!). Every visit feels like catching up with an old friend, as Claire goes above and beyond to ensure each customer leaves with a smile. Her knowledge of the menu and personalized recommendations make the coffee experience delightful, and her attention to detail ensures that every order is crafted to perfection. Claire's commitment to excellence makes The Human Bean in Ashland a must-visit spot for anyone seeking not only great coffee but also a delightful and personalized service that leaves a lasting impression.”
“Sammich is an amazing small town spot. being from the midwest, I really admired their dedication to all of the Chicago Sports teams. I love the grilled cheese. Highly recommend stopping here in AshlandParking: There are maybe 5 parking spots”
“I cannot believe there are bad reviews for this Wendy’s. I do not even like fast food I eat grass fed organic beef EXCEPT for this place. The hamburgers are always delicious and fresh and my friend worked here for awhile and he said they use real beef and real potatoes and real lemons for the lemonade. Not “food products” squeezed out of a tube! Plus the people that work here are super sweet. I’ve eaten here about 12 times and was satisfied each time and the natural lemonade was amazing!! Thanks for being nice to your customers even on crazy hot days!!”
“Had a great time. It was date night for my wife and I. We met my brother and his wife for the evening. The atmosphere was excellent, the food was excellent, and the service was great.”

“You don't pay an arm and a leg to eat at Ruby's and the food is good. I enjoy eating their food whether I'm eating in or ordering to go.Vegetarian options: Most vegetarian dishes can easily be made vegan. I ordered a veggie burger the last time I ate here but there are burritos and sandwiches as well.”
“Great cozy atmosphere, plenty of TVs to watch the games. Wasn't too sure about Mexican food in Ashland but was pleasantly surprised. Awesome staff. Very friendly and attentive, and some of the best salsa I've had in a long time.”
“Everything is sooo good! I hope you can try all of their positions. But definitely try their MUFFINS!! Hearty, healthy and so good food is here. Atmosphere is great, lots of arts around! Service is also on the high level?”
“We just happened to be in the area, and Indian food sounded good. We both got the buffet, and it was FANTASTIC. There were so many delicious options, and we tried them all. Every single thing we tried had a totally different flavor. We are foodies, and this was such a treat. We live an hour away, but it's worth the drive. We will definitely be back. The buffet was about $21/ person.”
“Staff is always friendly and attentive. Their food is great even when you get take out.Vegetarian options: Great vegetarian Reuben. Would love if they could come up with a vegan sauce and cheese but the tempeh on the Reuben was fantastic”
“Case is the best coffee place in ashland. And I would have to say that macy is the best barista. She makes the place what it is...GREAT I just wish they had bagels there.”
“Zoeys ice cream is the BEST!! The cookie dough is their best flavor! Instead of chunks of cookie dough it’s sheets of cookie dough all throughout. It’s simply delicious and a local gem.”
“I went to Louie's with my daughter while we were visiting Oregon. It's a nice pub/restaurant in the downtown area of Ashland. The staff was great, very friendly and attentive. We were both pleasantly surprised with how good the food was, everything we ordered was excellent and we liked it so much we went back the next day! We plan to visit the area again in the warmer weather and we will definitely make sure to stop in again when we do.”
“Really great deli like atmosphere. The wraps were fresh and amazing. Everything is packaged to go. There are a few tables but nothing fancy. The baklava is quite good. The employees are very kind and helpful”
“Tight lil place to see live music. Record albums & musical instruments decorate the room. Bar food till 1 a.m.. covers aren't overpriced. Only pet peeve is that there were people camped out at a couple tables 5ft from the stage & a TV on behind the band. The television is pure disrespect to the musicians, it should be off or displaying art, etc when bands are up & the patrons should have moved the table back a bit to allow the dance floor to be engaged instead of forcing most of the people watching to stand in the back. With that said its a cool spot & I expect repeat visits..Vegetarian options: Some items. Veg burger, fries, fried okra, etcParking: Street and a lot or two but may be crowded when there's a show or something going on downtownWheelchair accessibility: Ramp down to the lover lever. Not many low enough tables but a few”
“Big Al brought out to our table a great Strawberry milkshake that reminded me of when I was a kid. For a refurbed drive-in burger bar, it was cool to have all the classics on the menu PLUS some fantasic Mexican options. Nice but not fancy, good prices and food made by people who care about the quality.”
“Came kinda late with a huge family get together The day before a wedding and they treated us like we were the first customers of the day. Great service, great food, and all around great experience. I recommend this place to everyone!”
“Very friendly and professional staff. I don't know the waiter's name but he did an amazing job. He deserves a raise. My son loved the Ramen dish he got and I enjoyed it as well.”
“Beautiful tea lounge with a highly recommended fusion menu with plates from the middle east and beyond, a large variety of teas to pick from, from traditional style of ceremonial gong fu tea to yummy boba teas and everything in between, and a exquisite backdrop to hangout in with a little floor-cushion sitting area if you're looking for the full experience! Worth checking out indeed”
“It was a pleasure working with Four and Twenty Blackbirds Bakery who provided 7 dozen of its delicious pastries for my daughter's post wedding brunch with family and friends. There were so many compliments on the fine quality of the various flavors, which included sweets of marionberry & apple and savories of spinach feta artichoke and ham & cheese. At the end of our event, there was only one piece left! I surely recommend this bakery to anyone. Thanks again!”
“It's good, probably the best in town.. As always it depends on who's there cooking and serving but it's consistently good and sometimes better than good. The restaurant itself has a very nice atmosphere and there is a lot of variety in drinks and some can be made with out the alcohol.”

“The Lithia Resort is a lovely cheery spot with blue-white buildings and bright yellow doors to each cottage/room. Upon checking in, there are small cookies and for a nominal fee staff can spread roses, make a fresh flower display or deliver a chilled bottle of champagne or wine. The gardens are lovely and well kept. We saw a parade of wild turkeys walk by our room and enjoyed the outdoor fire circle and fountains. In summer months there is an outdoor pool and hot tub is year round. In the main building you’ll find several relaxing living areas in which to relax, a small spa, a tea room where there is offered tea and a daily scone and cookie as well as fruit for a light afternoon snack. There is an adjoining wine bar with flights, by the glass or bottle and cheese and meat trays. Delicious but unlikely to be your full meal. Rooms have plenty of space, a comfortable bed, Loya of windows for light, and a large main soaking tub with jets in which to “take the waters” which is to soak in the lithium rich waters from underground springs. The water is safe to drink, but is definitely sulfur scented so might not be the most pleasant beverage. Our room also had an electric fireplace as well as a fan in the bedroom. The hotel facilities are well kept and the housekeepers still turn over your room quickly and beautifully when you are out for the day. We had a wonderful relaxing time at the resort and would stay here again in He future. Be aware tough of a neighboring “RV resort” who host drum circles at times. Sometimes for hours….. might be very bothersome to some.”
“The calamari is always amazing. It's one of my favorite items on the menu. It comes with some of the best tarter sauce and spicy cocktail sauce. It's a must have.I ordered the NY strip and my wife ordered the flat iron steak. Both were perfectly temped. The mashed potatoes were yummy and garlicky. The vegetables were fresh and al dente. Great attention by the kitchen. We split a piece of the caramel cheesecake. It was very tasty and silky smooth. The service was exceptional. There wasn't an empty drink once. Thank you for the awesome experience!”

“Amazing service by Brook! He was very diligent and patient in his service. As a tourist I felt very welcome. The food taste and quality was exquisite in high standards.I had the lasagna and it was delicious and their Caesar salad was both tasty and fresh. After being impressed with the food, I knew I had to take home and try a bottle of red Pinot Noir.”

“Reliable drinks and excellent service and atmosphere. Hardly ever a long wait even when crowded. Patrick and Hanna are standouts. Patrick is so friendly and remembers my name every time, makes me feel so welcome. So happy this is walking distance! It's my home away from home.”
“We were looking for a place to eat in Ashland and found this great place. Delicious food, lovely service - the yummy smells and full tables drew us in! Thank you”
“Sammich is an amazing small town spot. being from the midwest, I really admired their dedication to all of the Chicago Sports teams. I love the grilled cheese. Highly recommend stopping here in AshlandParking: There are maybe 5 parking spots”
“Had a Breakfast Burrito this morning at Greenleaf...SOOOO yummy!! Didn't need the extra carbs from the tortilla, so they kindly turned it into a "bowl" for me. Sadie was our wait person and she was delightful. Highly recommend!! A++++Dietary restrictions: I'm dairy free and it was no problem asking to leave the cheese out. Still delicious!!”
“We came to town for college basketball and stumbled upon Caldera's being close to the hotel. Drinks, soup, burgers, fish and chips, mushroom fettuccine...delicious. Fresh and full of their own flavors. So good, we came back a second time in parties of 6-8 and they were great with service, checking on us and again no one was dissatisfied with their food. Awesome ambiance, very comfortable feeling. Family lives close by and I'm sure they will frequent the place now. I'll be back eventually.”
“Fantastic food. My husband and I shared the tea leaf salad and the beef curry bowl. Both were fresh and full of flavor. The lady who worked inside was very kind and gave great recommendations. Although small inside, there were also tables outside we could sit at. Would definitely come ”
“Excellent Tacos, excellent service!Parking: Access to the front door is having to walk through the drive through traffic exit. Seems a bit dangerous and unhealthy to have guests forced to be directly exposed to the car exhaust fumes .”
“Sunday Celtic jam sessions? Why wouldn't anyone make the time to go visit this amazing place?! Musicians abounded and kept coming up the stairs. Really bright and airy venue with wonderful people and fantastic food. So happy that the Black Sheep caters to everyone.”
“The F-bomb was delicious! I had a request to take an ingredient out and the gentleman was so accommodating! I wish I lived closer for this amazing Mediterranean food.Dietary restrictions: I have a dairy allergy.”
