“We ate there on a Thursday at 5:00. When we pulled up there were five employees, four of whom were teens, standing around doing nothing because there were no customers in the store. We heard one of them say, "Here they come," when we walked in, probably referring to us and the other couple who pulled up just as we did. We ordered our food after they took a couple of minutes to get a register booted up and ready, and went to find a seat.

Here's where the problem comes in. There were no tables that weren't dirty. Ketchup, grease, salt, or something was smeared on every single one. Gross.

Maybe they could be trained to find something useful to do like wipe tables when there are no customers. I mean, I needed to use the bathroom but if none of the tables are getting wiped off I hate to think of what the bathroom would look like. No thanks. It also makes me wonder if the kitchen is being kept clean like it's supposed to. The dining area is what the customers see and what forms our impression of the restaurant, folks.

“Hey, so I was in the area and I saw this ad for the new Captain Crunch cereal smoothie at A&W. I decided to give it a try, and it was pretty good! It was sweet and tasted just like Captain Crunch. It was basically a vanilla smoothie with chunks of Captain Crunch mixed in. It was $5.99, but it was worth it. I would recommend it if you are a fan of sweet things.

“We went to Applebee's for their all you can eat menu. We ordered an appetizer of loaded waffle fries, they were very cheesy, entrees of riblets, shrimp with fries and had a pink lemonade and a shirley temple with lots of marchino cherries. My friend agreed with me about the riblets being the best.“

“It's Jack in the Box. You know what you're getting. The food is average or slightly above for a chain fast food joint. The best thing is the workers here are nice and friendly and seem to actually enjoy seeing their regulars. The 4 stars for atmosphere are for their customer service. They make it feel comfortable there. The seating area itself is average.“

My son had a seizure (first one ever) and was unable to breathe for almost 2 mins. Your team helped us so much. My family could never repay you for what you all did that day! I didn't get anyone's names, all I remember is what people looked like. To the blonde woman behind that counter THANK YOU FOR STAYING CALM AND SPELLING OUT THE NAME OF THE STREET when I couldn't say it correctly. My brain literally couldn't process what you were saying so you spelled it out for me. And your quick thinking about the address being on the top of the receipts was genius! To the pretty dark haired, skinny, tan girl, thank you for cleaning off our table and cleaning up my son's vomit. And for bagging up my son's clothes that my husband had to rip off of him. If anyone else was there when this happened please message me! There was a family there about to drive us to the ER around the corner in their mini van THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK SO MUCH FOR YOUR KINDNESS! There was also a woman there, I don't remember seeing her in the dining room, she came outside and offered to drive me to the hospital because I was too shaken to drive. You told me your name but I forgot it. YOU HUGGED ME AND LET ME CRY ON YOU AND TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE OK AND I DIDNT EVEN KNOW YOU. THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM IF MY HEART. My little boy is ok because of all of your help! He DID have a very severe seizure even again in the ambulance on the way to the hospital but he was in the right hands when the bad one hit.
