First off, this review is slightly biased as we just went on a vacation to San Diego, which has some truly amazing Tijuana style tacos. That being said, this unassuming taco truck on the literal side of the road and is easy to miss, so make sure to keep your eyes PEELED. Chicharon tacos are a must here! Perfect flavor! Horchata was a 4 on a scale from 1-10 but I am picky about my horchata. The vibe was weird too I asked for an ice cup and the guy says he doesn't sell ice cups? But he would make an exception? And then mumbled that he can't do that cus then people think his prices are too high. It was totally weird but the food is good!

The food was good. the ambience was fun and colorful. My only complaint would be that they did not bring chips and salsa to the table. you had to order that separately and it was $5.70 which I thought was outrageous for a little tiny bowl of salsa and some chips. Mostly I was not expecting that as I have never gone to Mexican restaurants that didn't just automatically serve you chips and salsa.
