Loved the rainbow rice bowl! It had balanced and rich flavors. The immunity booster shot (ginger, apple, turmeric) is so concentrated and it tastes like real fresh homemade juice. I highly recommend it for cold weather!

Vegan doesn't always mean healthy- let me tell you! And I always feel bad asking for the ingredients list, because I can't have added sugars... but FINALLY a place that can accommodate my needs! Two food items had Organic Cane Sugar in them. Just two... And the rest? Everything I could eat! Can you believe that? Being dairy free and processed sugar free is hard. But not here! This little cart *actually* cares about health. Thanks Hue!

The veggies sandwich was an 8.2 out of 10. So freaking good.The rice bowl was a 7.8, it was really good, just didn’t love the cabbage lol. The plantains were a really nice touch tho, didn’t expect to like those so much.This place is a great vegan option, cute little spot with great staff. Also had some goodies in the window, like this decadent coffee cake that I’ll probably get next time, I swear it was calling my name haha.Highly Recommend. Fast service for only one person working there ngl.The staff member even made me a make shift lid because they were out of them due to a back ordered supplier.My crew will for sure be back here during our business stay in the area.

This was my first time ordering. I am disabled, and so my caregiver has to pickup the food. I never know what to expect when ordering vegan food. Sadly, so much vegan food is almost always loaded with oil, and salt.I ordered the Rainbow Rice Bowl, and the Mac ‘n Cheese. Both items were expertly prepared with fresh ingredients, and presented a beautiful and stylish manner. In short, it was an incredible meal. I’ll definitely be back for more. ❤️❤️❤️

This spot is so amazing!! I got the vegan mac & cheese, the açaí bowl, and the berry smoothie. All of which were amazing! Also love the granola doesn't have cane sugar in it. My favorite however was the Mac and cheese, I have tried almost all the vegan mac & cheese options in Portland and this one is probably the best I have found! I will be back! Highly recommend trying this place!

First time there and it was a great tasting and healthy vegan meal. I got the rice bowl and a green tropical smoothie. It was amazingly refreshing and filling. Also great price for vegan food and food in general.

The owners are very personal and whenever the have a special that week it's a MUST HAVE. I always look forward to coming with my sister. I even ordered a bunch of sandwiches for my coworkers that eat meat and they were obsessed! They've made me a lifetime customer, thanks hue vegan cafe!

I was so happy to stumbled upon this place open on Monday. Their menu is small but what they offered all sounded great. I opted for the Rainbow bowl-Brown rice, beans, plantains, fresh salsa and veggies with a cashew cream sauce. Plantains are one of my favorite things, and you don't see them on menus very often so I knew I had to give a try. It did not disappoint. The portion was perfect and all the ingredients worked well together.
