We used to love insomnia, but over the last few months have been disappointed. Today we waited 30 minutes for our lattes and they were poorly prepared and didn’t taste like what we ordered. The staff has no sense of urgency and you end up waiting for coffee that’s just okay. Their baked goods are great but not worth the experience.

Best Caramel Latte I've ever had!Great bagels & sandwiches.DO NOT get the basic drip coffee.Others complain about the wait times, but they made my drink in 2 minutes and my sandwich a minute later.And while the atmosphere is cool and chic, it's a little overwhelming. It's usually packed and feels cramped.Overall, I'd recommend trying this coffee shop.

Best patio. Good service. Relaxed atmosphere. Only wheelchair ramp at opposite end of the complex. They have Stevia.Wheelchair accessibility: Inside is snug but doable. Only HC parking on far end so be advised. Bathroom is accessible.

We wanted basic drip coffee and gave 30% tip on the already steep price for a cup of coffee. We then went to fill our cups and turns out they only have dark roast or weird flavored medium roast and a decaf option. They don't have normal / standard coffee. So we ended paying a lot of money for undrinkable coffee. I asked for medium roast, standard coffee and they said they couldn't help me.Guess this means this is no longer a place where we can get coffee. Used to come here quite a bit. Not sure what changed.

The place is creative, ingenious, the people who serve are friendly, but the food is horrible, the Bagels look like cardboard, they look stiff and 1 week old, the coffee did not meet my expectations, otherwise I can say that the place has a pleasant atmosphere .

Great quality of beverages and a lot of options for people with special requirements. The place is open until 8 pm most of the day which makes it very convenient to visit. Atmosphere is fine, the restrooms are clean. Sometimes, it is a bit crowdy but that says a lot of popularity. They also have nitro cold brew which is one of my favorites.

Insomnia is my favorite coffee spot. High quality hand crafted beverages from brewed Dapper and Wise coffee to espresso to iced matcha tea lattes (yes, they use the matcha whisk appropriately!) ! A clean, cozy environment welcomes you each time you walk through the door. The sound level is always nice even with music and chatting. The baristas are great people and all have their own personalities. No cookie cutter green aprons here. Don't expect to get your coffee in 1 minute on your busy way somewhere, they actually care about your beverage and experience to try and make it too quickly and cut the quality. The wait is well worth it and they're very popular so if you have to wait 10 mins on a busy Saturday at 10am, please don't be unkind to those wonderful baristas. Take a breath and enjoy the experience. Not everything has to be instant! Their scones are always top notch and the Dapper and Wise coffee is so good that I frequently purchase to brew at home. If you want your latte in 30 seconds you should drive thru at the cookie-cutter place.
