What a great concept! Individual-sized pizzas so everyone gets their own unique wood-fired pie, or for sharing—tapas-style. Mine was a little spicy, with habanero honey and roasted jalapeños, and my husband’s mushroom pizza featured several types of fresh mushroom. I consider myself to be a connoisseur of Portland pizza. I always like to start with margherita pizza as it is the standard for me. It’s hard to hide bad ingredients or technique in such a simple pie. With that being said, this is the best pizza I’ve had in Beaverton, and one of the best I’ve had in Portland (in a group with the likes of Ken’s, Tastebud, and Dimo’s Apizza).
