Employee stole from me while I was in the restroom and I'm having a hard time getting the video footage from the security cameras even though I know the exact date and time the incident took place

I have been a bartender for 15+ years .never in my experience, bartending and going to bars have I ever been so disrespected by a bartender for asking for change to play machines at their establishment.
