Made a mistake and ordered a regular 2% latte but wanted soy. The manager said I could keep the other one they made but charged me for the soy and was rude and unfriendly when making the new one, treating me as an irritant and as though I was lying to get a free one. The young guy making the drinks was polite enough and was trying his best. Every time I’ve gone it’s been a 15+ minute wait. Had the bf stop and grab me a coffee on his way home the other day and they had a note saying “be back in 10” he waited around for 20 minutes. Just went in today at 8:10am and the barista says she’s closing after the girl infront of me… but they had just opened…

Please Starbucks explain to me how this equates to light ice when there's more than half a cup of of ice. It's pretty upsetting to pay $6 for an iced drink and it's almost all ice. This is the 3rd time I've been to this location and this has happened in the drive thru. Please Starbucks if light ice is requested make sure you're not loading the cup with ice! I don't even want to know what normal ice would be ...
