“Suuuuuuper cool atmosphere in Beaverton. Come for the atmosphere but the food is why you’ll come back. Delicious.Kid-friendliness: The food is yum. But if your kid is super picky, best to skip. My teens liked it, and my picky eater managed to find something on the tray of goodies. But the savory dishes were not for her.“
“We were visiting from out of state and this was on our list of restaurants to try. So glad we did! The staff is so friendly, the food was tasty, and the café is beautiful. We live in a town with limited dining options and very little cultural diversity as far as the food goes. I come to Beaverton once or twice a year, so I’ll definitely eat at Family Café again. I want to try more dishes. ❤️“
“I love pips! Their donuts are always hot and fresh and worth the short wait.Parking: Came on a Friday morning at 10 and had no issues parking but I could see when more business are open parking could get difficultKid-friendliness: Kids love donuts!Wheelchair accessibility: Curbs and lots of open spaces“
“I’ve given up the corporate coffee shops and have decided to support local businesses. It was tough to switch from the coffee I was used to down in Eugene but once I found Thornton Family Coffee Roasters I was all set. The only complaint I might have is that they occasionally don’t have my favorite flavor and I have to get a substitute. That is never really a bad thing when it comes to this place though. These people have it down to a science.“
“All we can say is, "What a find!" Symphony checked all the boxes! We had the Salmon Quiche, which was out of this world! And my White Chocolate Raspberry Latte was to die for! The staff was friendly, professional, and personable! Symphony Coffeehouse is going to be a regular stop for us! What a gem!! ❤️ PS Thank you, Melissa Monge for your recommendations from your review! They were excellent!!!Sofya, you are a delight! So helpful, patient, and with a smile! Your customer service stands out. Thank you, Symphony Coffeehouse, for consistency in your high standard of food, specialty drinks, and your employees!“
“There are so many Thai restaurants within the Beaverton area that it can get difficult to decide which one you're gonna want to put your money on while looking at a map of them all.But this I can assure you is true. None of them will ever quite compare with the food at Lanna Thai Kitchen. The food here is always delicious, fresh, perfectly cooked and never leaves you feeling burdened afterwards. I can eat three dishes from this restaurant and still feel good enough to actually go do things afterwards. Which is more than can be said for several other Thai restaurants within the same block whose food can often be extremely oily and heavy.Every dish I've had from Lanna Thai has been the best dish I've had of that type. I try something new every single time I go practically as a challenge at this point. Wondering if there'll be something on their menu that I don't love. But that day never comes. Literally everything I've eaten here has been phenomenal and always affordable too.On top of all that the people working here are just so kind and wonderful and dedicated. You almost feel like you're eating food at a friend's house here.So if you love Thai food or want to try it out for your first time someday, look no further than Lanna Thai Kitchen.“
“It was super busy on a Sunday morning. It took quite a while to get my coffee. The inside is decorated nicely and they have some art and knickknacks for sale. I tried the goblin king and loved it. I wish they had larger sizes, I prefer a 24 oz if possible.“
“I absolutely love this coffee shop! Not only is it dog friendly, they have wonderful coffee and their employees were super kind and helpful. They also have a custom here that I appreciate and that's "no tipping" they pay their employees fair wages so they don't have to rely on tips and obviously the customer enjoys saving a little in today's market. I look forward to going back!“
“I went to Kitanda, a Brazilian cafe... In addition to drinks, snacks such as Chicken Corn and Cheese Roll are displayed in the showcase. It was hot the day I went, so I ordered the White Mocha Shake. It was sweet and delicious. Speaking of Brazil, it's acai, so I'd like to try an acai smoothie next time.In the corner of the store, you can find frozen snacks and Brazilian products that you can enjoy freshly baked at home. The tables inside are set up comfortably so you can relax, and there are also tables outside. The back of the chair in the store looked cool, so I ordered a shake and this photo?️.“
“Tous Les Jours - Beaverton Town Center Is an incredible bakery and cafe. They have a variety of different types of pastries. As well as coffee drinks and non-coffee drinks. It's a great place to get something nice and sweet to eat, with a nice drink, and just sit and relax in the shop with a friend or just alone. The shop is also aesthetically pleasing. The way you get the pastries is, you get a small tray and some tongs and you go around the cases and pick and choose out what you want. Everything is priced and labeled.I ended up just getting three pastries to go.I forgot the exact price, but I believe it was around ($10+).Overall, would recommend getting yourself a couple of pastries from this place. They're super delicious and unique.Vegetarian options: Plenty of vegetarian optionsParking: There is a parking lot right in frontKid-friendliness: Super kid-friendly. Would recommend taking your kids there and getting a pastry to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Not really that wheelchair accessible.“
“Full disclosure, I'm not usually one for little coffee huts because I like to relax inside a coffeehouse. However, I kept hearing about this little gem on TV Highway, and I just had to check it out for myself. I get all the hype because they have some really unique and healthy coffee options, and mine was fantastic! It's definitely worth a trip through this adorable coffee hut. The staff is really friendly too.“
“I have been going to Dutch since the beginning. Sometimes I get 2 or 3 drinks a day. Never have I had this problem. You are the only stand that does this. PLEASE STOP!! It's humiliating and unnecessary. I went into a meeting not knowing I had sharpie on my nose. I have asked so many times and you're still doing it. I hate leaving yelp reviews, but how else do I get through? Please stop writing in the middle of the lid.“
“Carina' Bakery is fully vegan with many gluten free options. They have savory and sweet and lots of options of both. Our favorites are their pistachio cake, almond cake, brownies, and cupcakes. I also live that they have hemp milk as one of their drink options (plus oat, soy, & coconut). The staff are very friendly and kind, many have visual impairments (there is a sign about it). There's also a little window along the counter where you can see the staff dog, if he's in. My daughter always hope to see him. The bakery is small so recommend planning your order to go but there are a few tables inside and a few more outside.“
“Haley was an absolute pleasure to order from. Great customer service and made us feel not only welcome but carried on a great conversation during the process. Outstanding drinks we received and service. Nice lil set up and we enjoyed the covered deck while waiting and conversing. Highly recommend Slowbomb Coffee!“
“We get all of our custom cakes from here. I try and find excuses and reasons that we need a cake, lol. They're so good, and always come out looking beautiful. Everyone I've talked to there is always so kind and helpful. Highly recommend for anything - but especially if you're looking for a custom cake!“
“Beautiful place. I wish I knew they offered dairy free. I ordered and didn't find out they had dairy free until after they made my drinks. But that's ok, next time I know. My son loved the avocado ? bubble tea. The girls were very friendly and happy that I was there. The only thing I had a little bit of trouble finding the place because it's all the way in the back. When they build the complex, they should of put the business facing the main streets instead that way it's easier to find. I drive down Murry or T.V. all the time but had no idea of this business. Anywsys, I will def. Stop by again and recomend yall.“
“I love the variety of flavors they have. My mom and I have gone multiple times (sometimes in the same week! ) and had a chance to talk to the owners and a couple of the baristas, all of which were very friendly and love to offer suggestions of flavor combos (that is, if you can't pick from the fun flavors they come up with every month). I also love that they offer a dark and light roast coffee and you can still actually taste the coffee, not just the sweetness from the syrup in the fancy drinks. They have a good balance.“
“I'm not sure how I hadn't tried Black Rock until 6 1/2 years of life in Oregon, but oh well. I know it now. Unfortunately there isn't one near me, (PS come to SW Beaverton/Murray Hill area!!) But I know where to get it :) I LOVE how Black Rock has your order taken right as you pull in, it really seems to increase efficiency. I've NEVER has a negative service experience or a bad or wrong drink at this location. Always HAPPY and upbeat staff. People who seem happy even though they're working. And I appreciate that!!I've never had any of their food but my kids tried a vegan/GF cookie that neither of them liked. Lol. Whatever. Can't win them all!!!I love the vibe of laid back and fun at Black Rock. Never a bad day when you're fueled by their coffee!!!“
“Every time I walk into this place I feel like I’m in heaven, it smells so good in there. Love the service, fantastic, 10/10. Definitely recommend this to all you boba lovers :)Parking: Somewhat hard to find a parking spot. It’s always so packed and full of people, which probably tells me that the place is great…which is amazing to know, but honestly they need to add more room for parking. Parking space - 9/10“
“Love coming to this location, they know my order before I get to the window:)) I love it!! Super friendly and always make sure to get my rewards with my number, gotta get what counts.. also their food variety is great and love how quickly they are in the morning and afternoon:)❤️“
“I met Mandy, the owner, while eating at a delicious hot pot restaurant in Portland and she told me about her bubble tea house. My husband had never had it we had to come check it out. The batista where so incredible! They took the time to exposing l explain the many options and asked a bunch of questions to narrow down which drink to choose. Both drinks we ordered were AMAZING! I will be stopping everytime we come to Portland/ Beaverton area! Thank you so much!“
“It’s really easy to miss this place, tucked into a corner as it is, but it’s worth searching for! The self-order setup takes all the anxiety out of boba orders as you can really take your time to customize. It’s small inside with limited seating but the tea was amazing and we really enjoyed it.“
“We had previously been to a lionheart coffee shop and saw that another location was in the area we were in. The area surrounding this location is very cute! The parking is somewhat difficult and the biggest downside to this location. While free street parking is available, it is hard to come by as it is a busy area. There is a nearby parking lot that you can pay for but the price is high. I loved the decor and plenty of seating, this would be a good place to meet friends over coffee and a snack. I asked for a menu and was told that they don't have a drink menu... it was off putting as I wasn't sure prices and what they could offer. I settled on a small mocha, which I thought was a safe option. The mocha wasn't very chocolaty at all. It was coffee with the essence of chocolate. My husband got a vanilla latte, which was a tad sweeter and I would recommend that! I will be back to try some of their food offerings in the future!“
“Such a cute coffee shop! The location is great, lots of different seating options for different kinds of groups, and lots of parking. The service was also great and the woman who took my order was able to answer all my questions easily. My latte was delicious and it has become my new go-to spot for grabbing a drink on the go.“
“Very friendly staff, and they offer a pretty wide selection of snacks and drinks considering it’s located at a transit center. It’s perfect for when you’re in a hurry and want something quick. They also sell hop cards which is super convenient too!Parking: You could quickly park at the transit center or there is a shopping center very close by, or if you’re taking public transit you don’t even need to park!Wheelchair accessibility: It’s located in the middle of the transit center and you order at a window so you don’t have to worry about opening doors, going up/down stairs, etc.“
“I wish I would’ve taken a photo of the food; it truly looked even better than the menu pictures and I devoured it so fast.I ordered the Mos Cow and opted for the salads over the fries. The salads alone were worth the wait. The best piroshky I’ve ever had in my life - now my new favorite cart here.“
“Absolutely loved this place, a quick pit stop on the long drive. The coffee was strong and exactly how I needed it to be. They have quick bites too. The staff were amazing. They adjusted sizes and flavors for us as needed. Very friendly behavior even when they’re busy I got order in time and didn’t felt rushed at all. Will definitely go back anytime I’m in the area.Vegetarian options: AvailableDietary restrictions: Drinks can be customizedParking: Parking available in a parking lot and gas station next doorWheelchair accessibility: Drive thru“
“One of the few places that has enjoyable, tasty sugarfree coffee drinks as well as hot chocolate that my wife actually loves.Food items are up to standard and satisfy as well for grab n go coffee shop bites.Dietary restrictions: Sugarfree options for those of us with diabetes“
“I love this place with all my heart. They know me by name and I do pickup orders and they’re always so kind. Me and my mom frequent this shop and truly enjoy it.Dietary restrictions: Immensely accommodating and they’ve got an arsenal of miscellaneous milks etc.“
“Visited on a weekday for a quick bite hoping for potstickers and boba but they were out of potstickers :( luckily we tried the other food and discovered how delicious the chicken and tofu were! The cheese sticks were alright. Boba was good and the store is cute. The person serving us was very welcoming and nice. I’ll definitely be back to try the potstickers someday!“
“The service and food for in dining is good overall. The timing of service, food temp, and professionalism of staff for dine in is very good. Take out is okay and I have had mixed feelings on this as I had missing food items along with disgruntled staff comments (actually heard it while they are working and in hearing range) when things do not go as planned for takeout orders.“
“This location is best in customer service and layout! We walk down every Sunday around noonish and we are always greeted with a friendly smile and welcoming vibes. The bathrooms aren’t always the cleanest and parking lot is limited. No drive thru but overall a good spot after a good walk.“
“Thank you to Alyssa for making sure your store is top notch... had a complaint, contacted her, boy did she turn that around right quick! Someone who actually cares about making sure customer service is great experience and that her people know what they are doing!! Among all this craziness that is going on, thank you for making sure your morning coffee is not an issue... you and most of your staff is appreciated!!!“
“Outside only, a few tables and primarily drive-through. I know some stores are bigger and have walk-ins, but this dutch bros is too small for that, which isn't too bad because most of the crowds that come by are highschoolers walking home from school. The employees are always nice, regardless of how many questions they do/don't ask haha!Kid-friendliness: It's perfect for kids because there are kid sizes and lots of drinks without caffiene“
“Best Donut in Portland, no contest. Voodoo donuts, yeah it's good. I love a good voodoo donut. But they are no match for Donut Day. Blue star donuts, yes, they are fantastic. I love blue star donuts especially their key lime donut it really makes my day. But I will take Donut day over blue star 7 out of 7 days of the week. It's worth noting: there's nothing fancy about Donut day. They are as classic as it gets. Small little building with standing room only and they serve only the classics. Fritters, old fashioned, maple bars, ect - you know the type. It's just a small mom and pop outfit. I love the owners though - they are such subtle characters. The old man always has a big smile on his face he's always so happy looking. And the mom is always there, a little stern but so polite and attentive. They are real people and I love it.“
