My only disappointment has been the ramen: the broth is mediocre and the noodles are not fresh.“

We ordered a few rolls and a chirashi, and want to come back just to try more. The rolls were decent size and the chirashi had plenty of fish, all feeling fresh.

Definitely recommend this place, even in between the surrounding restaurants.“

“I writhing this to let everyone know that Oyatsupan Bakers (specifically Beaverton store) is my go to place. A little background, my wife last Christmas went through a very serious set of surgeries that kept her in the hospital for a month. We preordered the Christmas set thinking we were both going to be able to enjoy it. Unfortunately I was the only one to fully enjoy the set (which was amazing btw) when I picked it up I was upset that I couldn't share it with my wife. Fast forward to today we preordered the 4th of July set . When I picked it up they remembered us! The woman who handed it to me said she hopes that my wife can enjoy it this time because she recalled our previous business. It was such a kind gesture I was speechless and could only say thank you. I have never felt more seen and cared for from any business Ive visited before. So THANK YOU Oyatsupan in Beaverton you made my day and you have a customer for life! 💗“

We also had service provided by Marcel. Very polite and attentive. Definitely going back. If you've never had the ramen experience, this is the place to go. “This was our first time here and certainly won't be the last. The ambiance, service and cuisine made for a marvelous evening. We enjoyed decadent salads (Swiss Chef and Beets with gorgonzola) The dessert was divine, and like our salads, the portions were generous and the quality of ingredients were excellent. We feasted on a double berry tart a la mode. its presentation was photo worthy. All food had an artistic presentation. We were so impressed 👏“

Generous portions, fresh banchan (side dishes), and warm, cozy vibes. Piping hot and delicious from start to finish.
