This BBQ was absolutely insane and rivals some spots I've had in Texas. Brisket was so perfect. Burrito was insanely massive and was the ultimate comfort food. They give you big portions and serve you with a smile and good conversation. Love all their bbq sauce options. Food came out right away and was hot and delicious! Can't wait to go back.

Showed up early one morning to wait for ribs as it says they only serve a few racks a day. Waited an hour past when they said they would open and they never opened so we never got to try the food.

I gave this place a 5 star rating but the person working seemed to be having a bad day. I hate giving a bad rating because I don’t feel it’s fair this person seemed annoyed pretty busy and all by themselves might not be entirely there fault. The food was good.Vegetarian options: Coleslaw, mac cheese or bread

I’ve discovered this place through multiple avenues, initially Willamette Week’s Burger Week, but there’s no way to like it. Odd chances, possibly, but I’m tired of trying.First, I tried to go for Burger Week last year. I was excited, since most participating venues are good, but they were closed around lunch time.. Even though they had signage for Burger Week. Their hours sign said they were open, but they weren’t. I don’t know why they’d advertise but not participate. Since then I have witnessed a bad experience, and can’t respect them for being so rude.Maybe I’ll try again in the future, but I’m not planning to.

The brisket is delicious. Great flavor and very moist. However the "caramelized" onions were obviously pickled and much to sweet. That was a shock and disappointment. Picked them off.

When I saw the listing for the Brisket Burrito with mac&cheese (!), I thought: this is preposterous. I have to try it. I am very glad I did, because this was one of my favorite meals of all time. The generous helping of brisket was perfect, with a deep smoke-and-salt flavor and just the right amount of fat. The mac&cheese was also great, and enhanced by the pickled onions and jalapenos. I'm not sure about the ruffles chips in there, but that wasn't enough to make me not absolutely love this thing. And despite my best efforts I could only eat half of it! I had the second half for lunch today, still just as good. A++ will gladly order this monstrosity again in the future.

I ordered the deluxe burger which came with lettuce, tomato, pickles, and burger sauce. I order the onions grilled with a side of tots. Sooo freaking delicious. The patties are seasoned to perfection. I don't know what kind of bun they use but it wasn't heavy which is good because it makes it so the patties fill you up and not the bun. The tots were crispy and the ranch dressing is one of the best I've tried. Once you bite into this juicy beast, you forget about the lil runts screaming and the lil mutts barking...should make this place kid free and dogs welcomed tho lol. Anyways, I highly recommend these burgers!!!

It was a good roast beef sandwich like Sunday dinner with Mom. Oh wait I ordered Brisket... good flavor but taste and texture were a roast and not brisket.

I wanted to eat at a place that we don't really have much of in Hawaii. I was in Beaverton and there were a TON of food trucks! What to eat. What to eat??? Well, I saw the truck with BBQ and decided to try it. He had a breakfast special - a brisket sandwich with a dipping sauce. It was reasonably priced so I went for it. I took it back to the hotel and it's lucky that I did! He warned me that it's messy and it took a lot of paper towels to eat that sandwich. It had a lot of meat and was juicy with the dipping sauce and the entire thing evolved into a meat and bread fiasco - but a pretty good tasting one. It was nice to eat something different than what we have in Hawaii.

Here is a little tip if you order the brisket. If it's nice out, eat it at one of the picnic tables. If it's not, go sit on the patio or in the beer hall. The reason is simple. Driving home with this stuff will drive you INSANE! I put it in the trunk and within a mile I could already smell it and by the time I got home I was drooling uncontrollably. This guy does brisket RIGHT. Flavorful with just the right amount of "bite". Not mushy like some places. Was not impressed by the Cole Slaw, a little on the bland side, but I have had their Mac and Cheese before and it's first rate. There are a lot of good choices at BG Food Cartel but there is only one if you are looking to get your carnivore on with something slow smoked by a pro. Keep up the great work.

Pretty good barbecue. I got the brisket sandwich and a side of the f Mac and cheese. The server gave me a small container of the pulled pork which I put on the Mac and cheese. Yuuummmm!!! Pulled pork melts in your mouth as it should . Great smoked flavor in the brisket. It was also pretty tender.
