This boutique MOTEL, not hotel, is over-priced for what you really get. If you value fun, great! If your safety matters, find elsewhere to go. Pro: boutique decor, location is near downtown Bend and Old Mill district. Response from management was quick and polite. Bar, fire pits, and pool area was nice but hot tub was not hot ( heated pool temp only). It felt like staying in a cabin in the mountains. The staff was so helpful and friendly. Basil, A.J., miles and Molly all went out of their way to answer our questions help us find places that we wanted to go came up with suggestions. Everything was wonderful.

Really appreciate the quality of service!! I brought home cooked food and forgot utensils and serving dishes. They provide them in the lobby! I drank all my water, they have really good water available to refill, as much as needed. The POOL!! It’s heated 100 degrees.. I wanna live there!!! Love to Bend from Portland
