Friendly advice: if there is nobody sitting outside it might not be necessary to have the propane fire on full blast all the time. I see this often when I drive by. I’m no environmental guru but that seems like a pretty unnecessary waist of propane if nobody is sitting out there.

Insultingly overpriced for the mediocre food quality. The Tri-Tip Sandwich tasted like an old bookstore. Even the french fries and tater tots were underwhelming. Many menu items were unavailable as well. The only positive was the Lotus Pilsner which was quite good.

Firstly, Superior wait and host staff! Always smiling and pleasant even at the close of shifts! Impeccable service. We arrived late during the last day of a seasonal menu transition so some items we had hoped to try were unavailable. But the options we took, TriTip sandwich & Mac n Cheese w chicken were tops! Plentiful portions and the outdoor fire kept us perfectly warmed on a cool night, adding to this brewery’s charm.

I struggle with this place, looks like loads of people like it, but both of our experiences service was slow and food was sub-par. We've tried the pork bahn mi (pretty sure it was chicken, and dry), the tritip sandwich (something was off with the meat) and the fish tacos (really flavorless and dry too). On our first visit, it took a long time to be served, we came during happy hour, but weren't given a happy hour menu, so I had to fetch it from one of the inside tables. The beer was decent and I'm sure the atmosphere would improve with improvements to the others. Overall, there are better breweries I'd rather spend my $$ that hit all the marks.

The PNW salad had a generous amount of fresh, yummy berries. I added chicken and was given an ample amount. Salads can be super hit or miss- this was a total hit! Thanks Cascade ❤️

Seems to be a common theme - premium prices for average (at best food) locally. We had the Mac & cheese, shrimp & grits, and a cheese burger for mains. Apps included kimchi fries and fried Okra. Both apps were OK, as was the burger and the wife’s Mac & cheese. Just OK. My shrimp and grits would have been good had the shrimp not been undercooked to the point I brought them home to reheat. Nothing was bad, just no better than OK. Beer was good as was the service!

We ordered Fish and Chips and 1 Peach Cheesecake. The Fish and Chips were very good, crispy coating and nicely cooked fish. Chips were also very good. Beer was good.The Peach Cheesecake however, was terrible. Small square pieces of Spiced Peaches with sauce served on top of soft white creamy "cheesecake" stuff that looked like vanilla softserve but didn't taste good at all and did not even RESEMBLE cheesecake. I tried 2 small bites, my husband had 1 bite. Just not good at all. Very disappointing for this new restaurant.

This was our first stop for some food and drink after a long flight from San Diego. I must say everything about Cascade is top notch, however there was one aspect that stood out. Our bartender, Bert, was the coolest dude I've ever met. Super knowledgeable about everything, friendly AF he is THE MAN! Thanks Cascade & Bert for this awesome experience.
