Firstly, Superior wait and host staff! Always smiling and pleasant even at the close of shifts! Impeccable service. We arrived late during the last day of a seasonal menu transition so some items we had hoped to try were unavailable. But the options we took, TriTip sandwich & Mac n Cheese w chicken were tops! Plentiful portions and the outdoor fire kept us perfectly warmed on a cool night, adding to this brewery’s charm.
The PNW salad had a generous amount of fresh, yummy berries. I added chicken and was given an ample amount. Salads can be super hit or miss- this was a total hit! Thanks Cascade ❤️

Friendly advice: if there is nobody sitting outside it might not be necessary to have the propane fire on full blast all the time. I see this often when I drive by. I’m no environmental guru but that seems like a pretty unnecessary waist of propane if nobody is sitting out there.
