one of those hidden gems! love this place to the core! whenever you walk in the waiter runs to you! i mean he’s on it 24/7! food comes out in under 8 minutes (i timed out) and the food is consistent good! the best pho in town

We really wanted some “liquid gold” aka soup. I love a good bowl of BBH, but this one was anything but traditional. No bit and ends - hocks , tendons, blood; also did not come with a plate of veggies either.The broth was nice, but definitely not what I expected.Husband got pho, it was fine.Kid got the bahn mi, and loved it.The owner was very nice however, just wish BBH would be as well.

This pho spot is seriously amazing! Their bun bo hue is just bursting with flavor - you won't find anything like it elsewhere. And let me tell you about their combo vermicelli - grilled meat, pickled veggies, fish sauce... it's a flavor explosion! Plus, the prices are totally reasonable, which is why my boyfriend and I keep coming back every week. Trust me, it beats Pho Viet any day! If you're craving Vietnamese food, this is the spot to hit up.

I cannot believe I found this place!! We were visiting from Taiwan, and wife wanted some hot food. It was in November. I did not have a high expectation, since we were not in California. To my surprised, the pho was excellent! Perfect for this kind of weather. We ate here 2 nights in a roll because finding a good pho restaurant is extremely difficult, especially in Bend Oregon. The owner was friendly and I love that he was playful with my son! We ordered Pad Thai on our second visit and it was excellent as well! Enjoy!
