The drive thru taker who received my order and my $$ was AMAZING. He smiled and was so friendly. When I received my food at the next window the two girls were so involved with their conversation that they totally ignored my hello and my thank you. She handed me my food, didn't even look at me or speak and shut the window as soon as my food was handed to me. Maybe some customer service training?? Review feedbacks??April 6th, 2024 @1230p.

Orders from this location are wrong way more often than they’re right. Curious with how many people are charged for alterations they’re not provided and what is done with all the extra money paid for product not provided. Our family alone has paid for extras like cheese etc almost every time we go and we get it at best 25% of the time.

They made a mistake and forgot some of our order. The manager, Aaron refused to be any type of help. He wanted us to come back to pick up two burgers and sauce, which meant all our other food will be cold by the time we eat. He didnt budge at all. We had to bring every thing back in order to get new food. So now I have two hungry kids who have to wait to eat bc of their mistake. We're always getting McDonalds and it's just sad that they dont appreciate their customers.When we got there, we had to wait 15 mins in order to get our new food. Mind you, we called about 20 mins before we got there. We live about 15 mins away and we even stopped for gas.
